| With the in-depth implementation of the digital village strategy,steadily promoting the construction of digital villages in pilot areas and accelerating the digital transformation of rural economy and society have become an inevitable choice for promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas in the new era.Although the current digital village construction has achieved initial results,and some areas have explored some development experiences and models,due to the short period of time for the implementation of the digital village strategy in my country,the digital village construction work in various places is still promoted by the government as the main body,and there is a lack of rural multi-subjects effective participation.As an important subject in the countryside,farmers’ enthusiasm and initiative to participate in rural co-construction,governance and sharing will largely affect the current and future effectiveness of my country’s digital village construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to comprehensively evaluate the breadth and depth of farmers’ practical participation in digital village construction at the present stage,and to explore effective policy measures to further improve the level of farmers’ practical participation,so as to promote the in-depth implementation of digital village strategy and accelerate the digital village construction in the new era.This thesis takes Changfeng County of Anhui Province,a national digital village pilot county,as an example.Based on the system synergy theory,utility theory and rational behavior theory,this thesis explores and constructs the measurement index system and influencing factor model of farmers’ practical participation in digital village construction.At the same time,based on the 576 questionnaire data collected on the spot,this thesis analyzes the current situation of farmers’ practical participation,and systematically measures the practical participation of farmers in various fields and overall in digital village construction.The Tobit model is used to empirically explore the impact of four factors,namely,individual basic characteristics,technical perception characteristics,farmers’ family characteristics and village environmental characteristics,on farmers’ practical participation in various fields and in general.Research indicates:(1)In the digital village construction,the overall practice participation of farmers is general,and there are differences in the practice participation of farmers in different fields.Among them,farmers’ practical participation in rural digital infrastructure is the best,followed by rural digital life and rural digital economy,and farmers’ practical participation in rural digital governance is relatively the worst.(2)In the digital village construction,the participation of farmers in various fields and the overall practice is low,and there are obvious regional differences in the participation of farmers in some fields.The farmers’ practical participation in the construction of digital villages is 0.367,which is in the range of(0-0.4),and the overall farmers’ practical participation is low.In terms of dimensions,farmers’ rural digital infrastructure utilization(0.391)is the highest,followed by rural digital life practice participation(0.372)and rural digital economy participation(0.356),and rural digital governance participation(0.340)is the lowest.There are obvious regional differences in farmers’ practical participation in the three fields of rural digital economy,rural digital life and rural digital governance.(3)The four types of factors,including individual basic characteristics,technology perception characteristics,farmers’ family characteristics and village environment characteristics,will have a certain impact on the participation in various fields and overall farmers’ practice in digital village construction.In terms of specific variables,there is an“inverted U-shaped” relationship between age and various fields and the overall participation of farmers in practice.The proportion of the above education background,the ease of perception of digital technology use guidance,and whether the village organizes digital knowledge lectures/skills training can all significantly and positively affect the participation of farmers in various fields and the overall practice of digital village construction,while gender and digital technology are useful Five variables,perception,perception of ease of use of digital technology,distance from the village to its township,and whether the village has opened a We Chat official account will significantly affect the participation of farmers in one or more areas of digital village construction.According to the above research conclusions,in order to further enhance the participation of farmers in digital village construction,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: First,improve the digital construction of rural facilities and increase opportunities for farmers to participate in practice;Second,increase the promotion of digital technology to improve farmers’ awareness of practical participation;Third,optimize the government support policy system to stimulate farmers’ enthusiasm for practical participation;Fourth,strengthen relevant digital skills training to improve farmers’ practical participation capabilities;Fifth,give play to the leading role of rural elites and expand the scope of farmers’ practical participation;Sixth,build village voluntary service teams to meet farmers’ daily technical needs. |
