Research On The Factors Influencing The Development Of Cold Chain Logistics For Agricultural Product Production Entities From The Perspective Of Green Supply Chain

With the adjustment of agricultural structure and the current consumption level of residents does not improve,people have higher requirements for the safety of food,especially fresh agricultural products,fresh agricultural products such as vegetables,fruits,aquatic products,because of its perishable,short shelf life and other characteristics,often due to the lack of cold chain logistics facilities will lead to agricultural products decay,waste phenomenon,It will also affect the quality of agricultural products and endanger people’s health.From the perspective of green supply chain,this paper firstly analyzed the general status quo and classification status of the current development of agricultural cold chain logistics by using the data of the National Statistical Yearbook,the cold chain Logistics Committee of China Logistics Technology Association and the field visits and surveys of different agricultural product production subjects.Then,combined with the theory of planned behavior,the binary Logistic model was used for regression analysis to explore the factors affecting the development of cold chain logistics,verify the proposed research hypothesis,and analyze the empirical regression results.At the same time,combined with typical cold chain logistics development cases of agricultural products production subject,the specific integration mode of cold chain logistics in the process of agricultural production and processing is analyzed,so as to further provide strategic support for the development of agricultural cold chain logistics for the production subject.Based on the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions: Factors affecting the construction of cold storage and preservation warehouses mainly include the types of agricultural products,brand construction of agricultural products,understanding degree of agricultural products’ quality,health and safety related laws and regulations,classification and grading of agricultural products,logistics facilities,proportion of logistics costs and annual household income.The factors affecting the construction of cold chain preservation truck,which is the main body of agricultural products,mainly include the types of agricultural products,the construction of agricultural products’ brands,the way of purchasing and selling agricultural products,the quality traceability,the mode of logistics and transportation,the conditions of transportation tools,and the proportion of logistics costs.Strengthening the construction of agricultural logistics infrastructure,vigorously developing specialized third-party cold chain logistics,strengthening the quality management of agricultural products,strengthening supply chain supervision and constraints are important measures and means to achieve the high quality development of cold chain logistics promoted by agricultural production bodies.It is also an important guarantee for effectively guaranteeing the quality and safety of agricultural products,reducing the waste of agricultural products,promoting farmers’ income,deepening the green chain of agricultural products supply chain,realizing the green,safe and healthy agricultural products and the rural revitalization strategy in the future.
