Study On Supply And Demand Analysis And Spatial Optimization Of Leisure Agriculture In Anhui Province

Leisure agriculture is a new form of agricultural industry that has attracted much attention in recent years.Leisure agriculture can not only meet the leisure consumption needs of urban residents,but also promote the integrated development of one,two and three industries,which is an important path to promote farmers’ income and realize rural revitalization.However,at present,the homogenization of leisure agriculture development in China is serious,and the lack of reasonable planning has led to the imbalance between supply and demand.Therefore,there is an urgent need to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current supply and demand of leisure agriculture and its matching situation,and provide suggestions for the optimization of leisure agriculture development.Based on the POI data and statistical data of leisure agriculture,this thesis explores the matching situation between supply and demand of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province from the perspective of supply and demand by using nuclear density analysis,geographic detector model,Maxent model and bivariate Moran index,and proposes corresponding optimization based on the matching results.The main findings of this thesis are as follows.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the distribution data of leisure agriculture POI points,the geospatial characteristics of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province were explored in depth in terms of spatial pattern,agglomeration effect and influencing factors,and its supply potential was analyzed.The results show that the overall distribution of leisure agriculture POIs in Anhui Province is relatively balanced.Among the five leisure agriculture categories of agricultural experience,integrated field and garden,farm carnival,leisure vacation and B&B tourism,the most significant agglomeration is in the agricultural experience category.the number of 4A-level scenic spots has the most significant influence on the distribution of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province,indicating that there is a high dependence of leisure agriculture distribution on scenic spots.Maxent model was used to predict the supply potential of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province,and the results showed that most areas in the province were between the first and second levels,with higher supply potential in Fuyang,Hefei and Luan.(2)Based on statistical data,the demand level of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province was analyzed in terms of population density and income level.The results show that the areas with higher comprehensive population density in Anhui Province are mainly distributed in Bozhou City,Suzhou City,Bengbu City and Hefei City.The areas with higher disposable income levels are mainly distributed in Hefei,Wuhu,Maanshan,and Xuancheng.The regions with the level of demand for leisure agriculture in Anhui Province at the first level are mainly distributed in Hefei City,Maanshan City,Wuhu City,Xuancheng City,etc.Overall,the potential demand level is higher in southern Anhui.(3)Based on the supply and demand of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province,the supply and demand matching pattern was analyzed by using the bivariate Moran index.The results showed that the spatial matching pattern of high supply and high demand was observed for leisure agriculture in the whole area of Hefei city;the supply level of leisure agriculture in Yingzhou district of Fuyang city,Yu’an district of Luan city and Huangshan district of Huangshan city was high and exceeded the demand level;the supply level of leisure agriculture in Quanjiao county of Chuzhou city,Xuanzhou district of Xuancheng city and Langxi county was low but the demand level was high.Based on the supply and demand matching results,we propose that the development of leisure agriculture in Anhui Province should take Hefei City as the core to build a number of competitive "engine" projects,and be driven by them to link the whole region and reshape the pattern;in view of the mismatch between supply and demand of leisure agriculture in Fuyang,Luan and Huangshan,we should strengthen the overall planning and reasonable layout to promote the coordinated development and optimization and upgrading of leisure agriculture in the province.The problem of mismatch between supply and demand of leisure agriculture in Fuyang,Luan,Huangshan and other areas should be strengthened,and the coordinated planning and reasonable layout should be strengthened to promote the coordinated development and optimization and upgrading of leisure agriculture in the province.
