Research On Technology Standardization Capability Enhancement Strategy Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On TRIZ Theory

With the promotion of the fourth Industrial revolution,the low-cost strategic game among manufacturing enterprises has gradually changed into the competition of technical standards,and the technical standardization ability of enterprises is the key to whether they can participate in or even lead the formulation of technical standards.The essence of technology standardization is a technological innovation activity,and TRIZ theory fits perfectly with it as a set of thought system to solve innovation problems.Therefore,it is of certain reference value to construct an evaluation model of technological standardization capability of manufacturing enterprises and explore its improvement path by using TRIZ theory.In this thesis,literature analysis,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and TRIZ theory are used to study and analyze the strategy of improving the technical standard ability of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,by analyzing and sorting out the existing literature,the evaluation index of technical standardization ability of manufacturing enterprises is constructed from four dimensions: technical ability,market ability,production capacity and soft power of enterprises,and the evaluation model is constructed by AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,combining the index system and TRIZ theory,the problem of improving the technical standardization ability of manufacturing enterprises is abstracted as a TRIZ problem through the material-field model chain,and the realization path of the technical standardization ability of manufacturing enterprises is constructed by using 39 general technical parameters and 40 invention principles.Finally,the appropriate manufacturing enterprises are selected for evaluation and analysis,and the corresponding strategies for improving the technical standardization ability are given.The results show: Firstly,the technological standardization ability of manufacturing enterprises is mainly affected by technical ability,market ability,production capacity and enterprise soft power,among which technological ability mainly includes standard innovation ability,technology absorption ability and standard industrialization ability.Market ability mainly includes standard product use scale,standard product marketing ability,standard product information processing ability,market product service ability;Production capacity mainly includes production management capacity,production strategy level and production equipment level.Enterprise soft power mainly includes enterprise scale,enterprise reputation,standard management ability.Second,the process of improving the technical standardization capability of manufacturing enterprises can be abstracted into a three-stage material-field model chain of "standard core patents-enterprise technical standards-industrial technical standards",in which there are mainly three problems:(1)the imperfect patent system of technical standards caused by the contradiction between the technical capability of manufacturing enterprises and enterprise soft power.(2)Non-standard production lines of technical standard products caused by the contradiction between technical capacity,production capacity and enterprise soft power of manufacturing enterprises.(3)Small market share of technical standard commercial products caused by the contradiction between manufacturing enterprises’ market capacity,production capacity and enterprise soft power.Thirdly,based on the TRIZ theory,the ways to improve the technical standardization capability of manufacturing enterprises include the construction of technical standard patent system,the standardization of technical standard product production line,and the diffusion of technical standard commercial product market.The three ways to improve the technical standardization capability of manufacturing enterprises are different in the applicable situation.The construction of technical standard patent system is applicable to the situation of uneven development of the technical level and soft power of manufacturing enterprises.This path takes the technical standard patent system as the ideal solution,and requires manufacturing enterprises to form a patent system in line with the development trend of technical standards by developing core patents-constructing technical standard patent system-improving the technical standard patent system.Production line standardization of technical standard products is applicable to the situation of uneven development of technology level,production level and enterprise soft power of manufacturing enterprises.This path takes production line standardization as the ideal solution,and requires manufacturing enterprises to build complete production line through production equipment standardization,production process standardization and production inspection standardization.And promote the diffusion of enterprise technical standards in the upstream and downstream industrial chain.The market diffusion of technical standard commercial products is applicable to the unbalanced development of manufacturing enterprises’ production level,market level and enterprise soft power.This path takes technical standard commercial products occupying the market as the ideal solution,and requires manufacturing enterprises to improve the functional system of technical standard commercial products-improve the sales system of technical standard commercial products-improve the service system of technical standard commercial products.Establish a sound technical standard commercial product operation system.
