In recent years,the rapid development of rural e-commerce has promoted the process of informatization and modernization in agriculture and rural areas,provided a strong boost to consolidate the achievements in poverty alleviation,and become an important way to promote rural revitalization.However,in Northeast China,which is dominated by the primary industry,restricted by historical conditions and economic development level,there is still a big gap between the speed of rural e-commerce development and the requirements of rural revitalization.This paper takes Wuchang City,a rice producing area in northeast China,as the research object,analyzes the development status of rural e-commerce in Wuchang City under the background of rural revitalization strategy,explores the optimization path of rural e-commerce development in Wuchang City,and provides reference and practical enlightenment for the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the comprehensive development of economic society in Wuchang City.In this paper,empirical research methods such as questionnaire survey and field interview are adopted to conduct in-depth research on policy support,infrastructure construction,talent team construction and brand construction of rural e-commerce development in Wuchang City.SWOT analysis is used to analyze that Wuchang City is faced with the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,the implementation of e-commerce integrated demonstration county project in rural areas,the government attaches great importance to the promotion of rural Internet coverage and penetration rate,as well as the challenges in the imperfect policy system,fierce market competition and survival pressure,and the personalized and diversified consumer demand.At the same time,it analyzes the advantages of Wuchang in location conditions,industrial base and agricultural product quality,as well as the disadvantages of incomplete infrastructure logistics system construction,lack of professionals and low quality of practitioners,homogenization of trading products,weak brand protection consciousness and few regional brands.Finally,in view of the above opportunities and challenges and advantages and disadvantages,drawing on the advanced experience of three counties in China,put forward the optimization of Wuchang City rural e-commerce development path.This paper holds that the development path of rural e-commerce in Wuchang City is as follows:In terms of policy construction,it optimizes the relevant policies and systems for the development of rural e-commerce in Wuchang City,establishes and improves relevant laws and regulations,and strengthens supervision and implementation efforts.In terms of talent team construction,while fully exploring local talents,we should also introduce foreign professional talents in multiple ways to improve the quantity and quality of rural e-commerce reserve talents.In terms of brand building,upgrade the reputation of the original brand,achieve standardization of regional public brands,and improve the hard and soft protection of the brand for the development of rural e-commerce in Wuchang City.
