An Empirical Research On Financial Services Of "Three Rural Issues" And "Rural Vitalization Strategy"

"Rural Vitalization strategy" is the current policy program of rural work and rural development.It is one of the seven strategies that need to be firmly implemented in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way,which points out the direction of rural development in the new era.In the new period,the effective support of financial services is indispensable to the implementation of the Rural Vitalization Strategy and the implementation of the key work of "Three Rural issues".Based on the above background,this paper adopts the method of combining empirical analysis case analysis and practice research,taking the present situation of financial service "three rural issues" and "Rural Vitalization strategy" as the foothold.Taking the situation of banking financial institutions serving "three rural issues" and "Rural Vitalization strategy " as the research object,combining the situation of Quanzhou Agricultural Bank and its branches serve the "three rural issues" and supporting the "rural vitalization strategy".this paper discusses the financial mechanism and innovation of financial products.This paper analyzes the practical problems and difficulties faced by the strategy of financial support for rural vitalization from the aspects of endogenous power of financial institutions,external macro and industry environment,service mode and policy constraints.In addtion.this paper uses the data model for regression analysis from two dimensions of financial development and financial efficiency.The results show that:(1)Financial development has a significant role in promoting three rural economy,as well as the improvement of financial efficiency.(2)We must improve quality of the financial service.break the barriers of urban and rural factors,improve the marginal rate of return on rural investment and investment efficiency,so as to further release the potential of rural investment and realize rural economic development.(3)Efficient and accurate financial services are conducive to optimizing rural distribution structure and Promoting Rural Revitalization in an endogenous way.Finally,the paper tries to put forward some countermeasures to support "three rural issues" and promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization from the aspects of financial service innovation,optimization mechanism.improving the quality and efficiency of financial services,and realizing the optimal allocation of financial resources.
