circulation of urban elements is to promote the integration of urban and rural areas.To comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization,we need to continuously innovate ways for farmers to increase their income and become rich,and promote the cultivation of characteristic industries for farmers.On the one hand,rural tourism is the support and driving force for promoting rural revitalization,and on the other hand,rural tourism is also an important component of rural revitalization strategy.Rural tourism is an important industry for rural revitalization and development,a key to promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,and an important cornerstone for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Rural tourism can also promote the development of rural agricultural product processing industry,service industry,commerce and related industries,thereby promoting the transformation of China’s rural agriculture from a simple agricultural economy to a diversified operation that combines primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.This will promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s rural economy,the development of rural beauty,and the increase of farmers’ income and wealth,becoming the focus of promoting China’s rural revitalization.At the same time,rural revitalization has driven the transformation and upgrading of rural economy,providing guarantees for the development of rural tourism and promoting the rapid development of rural tourism.Tieli City has unique resource advantages,with a layout of "eight mountains,one water,and one field".There are many mountains,dense forests,and rivers crisscrossing the area.There are 13 peaks over kilometers long,32 rivers of all sizes,and 364.4 square kilometers of wetlands.The forest area reaches 240700 hectares,with a coverage rate of 62.95%.It is known as the "Little Jiangnan in the North" and is truly a "natural oxygen bar".The tourism resources are relatively abundant,and the prospects for tourism development are good.In this context,Tieli City should leverage its advantages in tourism resources to increase the development of rural tourism and promote rural revitalization.This article follows the concept of "current situation problems countermeasures" and uses survey questionnaires and field research methods to conduct a systematic study on the development of rural tourism in Tieli City.It sorts out the current situation of rural tourism in Tieli City,and conducts questionnaire surveys on tourists,tourism practitioners,tourism bureaus,government departments,and other relevant personnel to analyze the current development situation and causes of problems in Tieli City’s rural tourism,Suggestions and strategies for the development of rural tourism in Tieli have been put forward based on practical situations.The research finds that Tieli City is rich in tourism resources.There are many national scenic spots and many boutique routes in Tieli.At present,a variety of rural tourism development models have been formed,such as eco-tourism model,enterprise led development model,and agricultural tourism integration model.Through research,it was found that the most popular tourist attractions for tourists in Tieli are Sun Moon Gorge National Forest Park,Yijimi River Drifting,Toulong Mountain Scenic Area and Hangyang Peak Scenic Area,Taoshan Jade Hot Spring,Beixing Homestay,Chengzi Fishing Village,Taoyuan Lake Tourist Area,Mengchong Tribe,and Yingshan Lake Scenic Area.This indicates that tourists still prefer the natural scenery of Tieli rural tourism and enjoy experiencing recreational activities such as mountain climbing,rafting,and hot springs.The main purpose of tourists traveling to Tieli is for leisure vacation,participating in folk activities,visiting relatives and returning home,and participating in parent-child experiences.Rural tourism is used as a way of short distance tourism for leisure vacation,experiencing different folk customs.The problems in rural tourism in Tieli City are as follows: firstly,the infrastructure is relatively lagging;Secondly,tourism planning is not scientific;Thirdly,the tourism products are not rich enough;Fourthly,there is a shortage of talents in tourism development;Fifth,the tourism promotion efforts are insufficient.Propose five countermeasures and suggestions based on the existing problems and the background of rural revitalization.One is to improve infrastructure construction;Secondly,scientifically planning tourism resources;Thirdly,create experiential tourism projects that integrate culture and tourism;4.Cultivate and introduce talents,and create professional tourism teams;Fifth,increase tourism promotion
