Abstract/Summary:
The nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics determines that China’s domestic finance must face hundreds of millions of ordinary people.Rural commercial banks have been reformed from rural credit cooperatives and are committed to becoming joint-stock local commercial banks serving "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".As of June 2021,there were1569 rural commercial banks in China.They did not forget their original intention,served the real economy,supported small agricultural expenditures,and became the main force of rural finance serving economic development,helping rural revitalization and ensuring people’s livelihood.With the rise of Internet Finance and fierce competition from other commercial banks,rural commercial banks are facing development bottlenecks and are in urgent need of improving their comprehensive competitiveness and organizational performance.Based on the actual situation of China’s rural commercial banks,this paper establishes a corporate social responsibility evaluation index system for China’s rural commercial banks,so as to quantitatively evaluate the situation of rural commercial banks’ undertaking corporate social responsibility.On this basis,it empirically tests the relationship between corporate social responsibility,innovation ability and organizational performance of commercial banks,and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for China’s rural commercial banks to better undertake corporate social responsibility.The full text is mainly divided into five parts:first,it introduces my research background,significance,research content and methods;Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the literature on corporate social responsibility,innovation ability,organizational performance and organizational innovation atmosphere at home and abroad,so as to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up research such as model construction.Then put forward the hypothesis,build the research model of this paper,select the measurement scale of each variable,and issue the questionnaire.Then we use SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the collected data,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,intermediary test to explore the relationship between variables,and test the research hypothesis;Finally,combined with the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on China’s rural commercial banks’ ability to undertake corporate social responsibility and innovation.The results show that the corporate social responsibility(economic responsibility,legal responsibility,moral responsibility and charity responsibility)of rural commercial banks have a positive impact on organizational performance;Rural commercial banks’ corporate social responsibility and its dimensions have a positive impact on innovation ability;The innovation ability of rural commercial banks(employee innovation ability,customer innovation ability,organizational innovation ability,capital investment ability,risk control ability,technical innovation ability)has a significant positive impact on organizational performance;The innovation capability and its dimensions of rural commercial banks play a partial intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and organizational performance;Organizational innovation atmosphere(peer support,supervisor support,organizational support)has a moderating effect on the innovation ability and organizational performance of rural commercial banks.This study has practical significance for rural commercial banks to improve organizational performance and promote development and growth.
