| With the increasing awareness of global environmental protection,industrial green manufacturing has become a common goal pursued by the international community.As an important region for China’s economic growth,the level of industrial green manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is directly related to the sustainable development of the region’s economy.In 2016,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Guidelines for Green Manufacturing Projects(2016-2020)",proposing and promoting the construction of a green manufacturing system that comprehensively develops green factories,green industrial parks,green supply chains,and other elements.In the same year,the notice "On Carrying Out the Green Manufacturing System" was issued to promote the construction of relevant standards and evaluation systems.Various provinces and cities have also formulated their own local green manufacturing development plans.Due to the increasingly prominent global climate change and resource scarcity issues,green manufacturing has become an important strategic choice for our government and enterprises.At the same time,the demand for environmentally friendly products from consumers is also increasing.Therefore,green manufacturing has become a necessary means and important path to achieve sustainable development,with significant urgency.Each province and city in China needs to find its own position,discover its advantages and disadvantages in green manufacturing,and formulate corresponding development plans and strategies to improve its level of green manufacturing.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the related concepts and theoretical technology methods of industrial green manufacturing,combs out the sustainable development theory,circular economy theory,clean production theory three basic theories,and selects a comprehensive evaluation method suitable for this paper from a variety of evaluation methods.Taking 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,the current status of industrial green manufacturing level of each province and city was analyzed,four first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators were selected,and the evaluation system of green manufacturing level of 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight of each indicator,and the grey relational TOPSIS model was adopted.The green manufacturing level of 11 regions and the green level of each criterion layer were evaluated.Finally,the K-means clustering method was used to classify and analyze the green manufacturing level of each region in 2020.According to the evaluation and classification results,the suggestions on the improvement of green manufacturing level of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were put forward.The study found that the industrial green manufacturing level of the downstream provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is higher than that of the upstream provinces and cities.It is necessary to give full play to the driving role of the downstream provinces and cities to promote the coordinated development of the industrial green development level of the upstream and downstream provinces and cities. |
