The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China figured out that "The main contradiction in China has already been transformed into the contradiction between people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development." Since the reform and opening up of China,environmental constraints have hindered the effective realization of human welfare,and how to improve green welfare within the ecological carrying capacity has become an important proposition.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is the work focus of China’s green development and regional coordinated development.The analysis of spatial-temporal differentiation and influencing factors of green welfare of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a demonstrative effect on refining space optimization method of green welfare.This paper systematically interprets the development context,conceptual connotation,evaluation methods and spatial evolution mechanism of green welfare.Based on this,taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,this paper studies the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of green welfare.Firstly,measures the green welfare by entropy method and analyze the results;secondly,describes the temporal evolution characteristics of green welfare of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and explores its spatial differentiation characteristics by using kernel density estimation and spatial autocorrelation analysis;finally,explores the influencing factors of the spatial-temporal differentiation of green welfare in Yangtze River Economic Belt through geographical weighted regression model,analyzes its temporal evolution trend and spatial heterogeneity.The research results show that:(1)The green welfare level of the entire Yangtze River Economic Belt has increased and polarization phenomenon has been alleviated as a whole,but the polarization phenomenon among extreme cities is increasing.(2)From the perspective of time series evolution,the green welfare of the Yangtze River Economic Belt maintained a state fluctuation of “downstream > whole basin >midstream > upstream” from 2009 to 2018;from the perspective of spatial differentiation,the green welfare of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has formed a spatial differentiation pattern with the downstream as the core,high green welfare central cities are distributed in the downstream,and high green welfare sub central cities are scattered in the upstream,midstream and downstream;there is a significant positive spatial autocorrelation,the degree of overall agglomeration has increased slowly and local agglomeration structure has been gradually optimized over the past decade.High green welfare agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in Shanghai,Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province.(3)The spatial-temporal differentiation of green welfare in Yangtze River Economic Belt is mainly driven by society,human and technological capital,the influence of environment and technological capital has increased during the study period,while that of entity capital has decreased;the impact degree of different capital types on green welfare has spatial heterogeneity,and the spatial heterogeneity of the influence degree changes with the change of urban development stage.The innovations of this paper include:(1)Theoretical research innovation:comprehensively elaborates the development context of Green Welfare and discriminates the concept and connotation of it,based on which the evaluation index system of green welfare is constructed.(2)Innovation of analysis framework: based on the "center-periphery" model and the "multi-region,multi-center" model,built an analysis framework of the spatial evolution mechanism of green welfare. |
