Evaluation Of Green Development Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt And Analysis Of Its Spatial And Temporal Evolution

The current green development has gradually become the consensus of all walks of life.How to truly overcome the inertia of the traditional economic growth mode and effectively alleviate the various " Environment and Development" contradictions highlighted at this stage is imminent.As the "ballast stone" of steady growth under the new normal of China's economy,the Yangtze River Economic Belt clearly puts forward "To grasp protection and Not to develop".Under this background,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore its green development level and the characteristics of inter-regional differences and time-space evolution.Based on the literature review and the world famous river development case,this paper comprehensively studied China's green development index system,and finally adopted the "China Green Development Index Report" published by Beijing Normal University and the "Green Development Index System" issued by the State Council.Based on the PSR model,a green development index system with strong Yangtze River economic belt characteristics was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to objectively weight the indicators.Through Origin and GeoDa,the time and space development level and evolution trend of green development in the nine provinces and two cities in the 2007-2016 Yangtze River Economic Belt were measured,and the ArcGIS raster image was used for spatial expression and comparison.The main conclusions are:(1)In terms of green development level,the green development index of the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a volatility trend in the past ten years,and the green development trend was generally good.Before 2015,the growth trend of the green development index of the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuated significantly;after 2015,the growth rate of the green development index accelerated,and the regional green development level tended to be unified;(2)In terms of inter-regional differences,the Yangtze River Economic Belt has large regional differences,but is gradually shrinking.The overall green development index of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River is higher than other areas of the basin,especially the Yangtze River Delta;the green development index of Anhui Province and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is second;the green development index of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is the lowest;(3)In terms of space-time evolution,the spatial correlation of the Yangtze River Delta region is stronger than that of other regions in the region,of which Shanghai and Jiangsu have the strongest spatial correlation;the coefficient of variation coefficient based on the green development index of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows long-term stability and overall decline.Trends,regional differences still exist,but in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Basin,when resources flow and information exchange,regional differences are also shrinking in development.
