| As one of the most important components of financial institutions,commercial banks generate risks that directly affect the stability of the financial environment.In recent years,many financial cases have been exposed by the risk of bank operations.The large amount,wide scope and bad characteristics of the cases have caused the bank to suffer huge monetary losses on the one hand,but also reduced the bank’s social reputation and affected the bank’s compliance.With the progress of financial system reform,science and technology is widely used in all areas of financial system.With the help of digital technology,the banking industry has also ushered in the digital technology era.Commercial banks have started to accelerate the pace of digital transformation and upgrading.With it comes more complex operational risks,which make it more difficult for banks to manage their operations.In this context,how to effectively realize the digital transformation of operational risk management is very important.Commercial banks can improve their core competitiveness in the context of the rapid development of the Internet economy and technology finance only by making maximum use of digital financial instruments such as artificial intelligence and big data to innovate.Taking M Bank as an example,this thesis analyzes the digital transformation of M Bank’s operational risk management,puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions,and provides a reference for other commercial banks’ digital transformation of operational risk management.Based on the literature on operational risk management and digital transformation of banks at home and abroad,and combining the characteristics of the current domestic financial environment,this thesis will combine theory and reality by case study and qualitative analysis,and further explore the problems in the process of digital transformation of operational risk management of M banks by analyzing the current situation and digital initiatives.According to the analysis,the main problems at present include data collection and storage,personnel specialization,data analysis application,digital security and external data docking.Based on this,this thesis points out the optimization goal and principle of M Bank’s digital transformation of operational risk management.Finally,in order to further optimize the digital transformation of M Bank’s operational risk management,the thesis puts forward four aspects of financial guarantee,organizational guarantee,policy guarantee and cultural guarantee: increasing the digital technology investment,improving the organizational structure of operational risk management,optimizing the evaluation and incentive policy,and cultivating the digital transformation culture. |
