Study On The Network Structure And Innovation Performance Of Collaborative Innovation In Enterprises From The Perspective Of Value Co-creation

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that "innovation is the first driving force",deeply implements the innovation driven development strategy,opens up new areas of development,shapes new drivers of development,and drives enterprise prosperity,technological progress,and high-quality social development through the innovation driven strategy.With the intensification of global competition and the change of innovation forms,collaborative innovation among enterprises has increasingly become an important way of enterprise innovation and development.Enterprise collaborative innovation is no longer a linear interaction.Networking is conducive to accelerating resource transformation and promoting enterprise collaborative innovation performance.How to achieve enterprise organizational and regional innovation interaction and collaboration,improving enterprise collaborative innovation performance is an urgent issue to be solved.Value co-creation promotes the interaction between collaborative innovation subjects based on the main line of connection,interaction,and resource integration,breaking the fragmentation of innovation subjects in the process of collaborative innovation,and providing research ideas for this article.Social network is a reflection of the relationship between innovation subjects’ communication,and resource integration.Analyzing the collaborative innovation network of enterprises is conducive to discovering the interactive ways between innovation subjects.Based on the perspective of value co-creation,with the help of social network analysis(SNA),this article analyzes the characteristics of collaborative innovation networks,influencing factors of collaborative innovation performance,and explores ways to improve collaborative innovation performance,with enterprises in the Middle Yangtze River Delta as the research object.Firstly,this article reviews the value co-creation theory,collaborative innovation theory,social network theory,and related research results;Secondly,based on the views of scholars such as Wang Haihua,and using joint patents as a measure of collaborative innovation,we searched for joint patents of 2037 enterprises the Middle Yangtze River Delta and built a collaborative innovation network for enterprises;Thirdly,the evolution process of enterprise collaborative innovation network is analyzed from the characteristics of individual network structure and overall network structure;Fourth,using negative binomial regression,this paper studies the effect of embedding the network structure of collaborative innovation on collaborative innovation performance,and the moderating effect of the overall network density on the relationship between the two.The research findings are as follows: Firstly,the scale of the collaborative innovation network of enterprises in the the Middle Yangtze River Delta continues to expand,with a trend of network centrality and density increasing first and then decreasing.Willingness to create value influenced the overall network structure changes.State-owned enterprises and universities have been at the center of the collaborative innovation network for a long time,mainly concentrated in the fields of science and technology and energy,with significant control and dissemination capabilities over resources;The second is that the density of collaborative innovation networks has a significant negative correlation with collaborative innovation performance.Centrality and structural holes have a significant positive correlation with collaborative innovation performance.Density positively regulates structural holes and corporate collaborative innovation performance,but negatively regulates network centrality and corporate collaborative innovation performance.Finally,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the collaborative innovation development of enterprises from three aspects: government macro-control,enterprise interaction and cooperation,and network location optimization.
