R&D cooperation is an important way to make up for the shortcomings of single entities’ R&D capabilities and improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.The era of innovation 3.0 is coming,and the competition between innovation subjects are also actively shifting to the symbiotic cooperation in ecosystem.Previous studies have focused on the motivations,partners,governance and innovation performance of R&D cooperation,but the single-factor perspective is hard to solve the problems of complex operation mechanism on a dynamic and complex environment.The increasingly sophisticated tendency of R&D cooperation and the more complicated impact of cooperation factors on innovation performance,make it urgent to enhance the research depth through dynamic perspective of ecosystem.Under the outbreak of COVID-19 and the aggravation of aging,highquality development of comprehensive health industry is imminent in order to meet the growing health needs of people.China’s comprehensive health industry is in the early stage of development,the formation and operation need to be further analyzed.From the perspective of ecosystem,based on the characteristics of ecosystem,this thesis uses multi-source heterogeneous data such as statistical yearbooks,papers,patents for analysis,which is of great significance to the comprehensive health industry.Firstly,the concept of R&D ecosystem has proposed based on the research status of R&D cooperation and innovation ecosystem.Its connotation has analyzed to lay a conceptual foundation for the research.Secondly,the multi-source heterogeneous data has integrated.And then,the thesis constructed thematic models of the basic research,applied research,commercialization/socialization of researches and observed the hotspots and transformation paths of each fields in the ecosystem.Based on the overview of hot topics,the thesis divided the evolution stage of ecosystem,constructed a phased ecosystem network model,identified the topics and leaders according to the network indicators,and found that the network structure showed the evolution of "disordered relationship network → modularization →cluster center".Then,three-main body symbiotic evolution model has constructed,and the results of system evolution under different symbiotic modes are predicted through simulation analysis.Finally,an resilience factor model of ecosystem was constructed to explore the multiple concurrent causal mechanism of high-resilience ecosystem from the configured perspective based on the data of 30 provinces’ comprehensive health industry in China.The research on R&D ecosystem of comprehensive health industry is of great significance to the high-quality and sustainable development of strategic emerging industries.The technological innovation system based on knowledge-alienation,coordination,coexistence and co-evolution can enhance the innovation driving force of strategic emerging industries such as comprehensive health industry.Solving the innovation problems of insufficient momentum and limited resources through collaboration,technical standard and common value-creation will help innovation subjects get rid of information silo and the limitation of single resource.
