Facing the rapid economic development,the trend of globalization is becoming more significant,but there are still many problems in China,such as energy shortage,environmental pollution,and intensification of contradictions between employees and enterprises.This shows that there are irregularities in the production and operation of Chinese enterprises,and it is urgent to fulfill corporate social responsibility.With the emergence of the above problems,the traditional profit maximization goal can not make enterprises survive in practice.The development of an enterprise is not only for the purpose of realizing benefits,but also for the long-term perspective in the development process.It is urgent to integrate the concept of social responsibility into corporate culture.However,at present,China’s enterprises have a weak sense of social responsibility and low subjective initiative and lack of driving force.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved that whether enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities and bring benefits to enterprises.This article selects the food industry for research.Food is fundamental to the continuation of human life,and the importance of this industry to social development is self-evident,so the fulfillment of social responsibility of the food industry is particularly important.However,from gutter oil,dyed steamed buns,to "melamine" and "clenbuterol" incidents,The Chinese food industry into a huge crisis.In the face of the tense domestic market situation,the need for related products is gradually rising.In particular,dairy industry is an important part of China’s food industry,with the opening of the third child,rising the demand for dairy products,customers are paying more and more attention to food quality.This article takes food industry performance as the research object.This article first starts from a theoretical point of view,sorts out relevant domestic and foreign documents,states the definitions and theories of social responsibility and financial performance,and by this way,deeply study the inner logical connection between them.Then it introduces the development status of social responsibility of food industry in China from the perspective of macro policies,which makes the base for next study.Firstly,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of social responsibility on financial performance of food industry from the perspective of reputation,and obtains the quantitative relationship between them.On the basis of commonality analysis,the case study of Bright Dairy,which has better social responsibility performance in the food industry,is carried out.From the perspective of stakeholder analysis of bright dairy social responsibility performance and financial performance,the study on the relationship between the internal selection reputation as an intermediary in quantity analysis,found that enterprises increased social responsibility to fulfill would promote enterprise reputation,attract talent,increase the enterprise competitiveness,thus promote the enterprise financial performance improvement.Finally,based on China’s development status and the research results of commonness and individuality,I will come up with some targeted opinions from the perspective of the government,companies and other organizations to promote the performance of social responsibility in China,expect to help China’s economy take off.
