| In the new period,under the influence of global factors exceeding expectations,as well as the implementation of macroeconomic control measures such as taxation,land and finance,the former situation of "making money by acquiring land" in the real estate industry has been gradually broken,and the advantages of high-yield industry cannot be highlighted.Therefore,the real estate industry should change its development concept and improve the comprehensive management ability and response level of real estate enterprises in the project process.In order to further enhance the comprehensive ability of B Real estate company in project process management,this thesis takes SLJW residential project of B real estate Company as a typical study case,adopts the methods of case analysis,literature research and interview,takes SLJW residential project of B real estate company as the research object,and systematically analyzes the dynamic cost theory and PDCA cycle theory.In-depth analysis of the characteristics of typical cases,find out the problems in the process management of real estate projects,comprehensively analyze the causes of the problems,sum up relevant experience,put forward the countermeasures to improve the process management of real estate enterprises,explore the internal development law of the process management of residential projects.After investigation,it is concluded that there are unreasonable cost expenditure,imperfect project supervision and management mode,imperfect project scheme design and so on in the implementation of SLJW residential project process management of B real estate company,which restricts the efficient implementation of the project.After optimizing the project process management scheme,the process management of SLJW residential project of B real estate company has been significantly improved and realized rational optimization.It provides reference value for the real estate industry to improve the project process management ability,timely deliver real estate projects that meet the needs,and promote the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the real estate industry. |
