Abstract/Summary:
Sales is an important link in the development of enterprises,good sales performance can inject great development momentum for enterprises,making sales ability to become an important competitive force in the market.Sales can directly create profits for the enterprise,and sales staff is also directly facing customers,representing the image of the enterprise and showing the strength of the enterprise,so sales staff is a very important role in the development of enterprises.The rental industry belongs to the industry of immediate needs,to meet people’s food,clothing,housing and transportation in the problem of living.The product house is also familiar to everyone,the industry itself is a very low threshold,which leads to the rental industry personnel quality varies,a variety of arbitrary charges and non-compliance often occur,making people’s impression of real estate agents is very poor.Competition in the industry is fierce,the work of sales staff pressure,rental housing industry sales staff incentives,to improve the service level of practitioners is significant.To address the issue of incentive mechanism for grassroots sales staff,we selected WJ Group,a leading shared housing company in the rental industry,whose main business is shared housing and is the largest Internet rental platform in China.The research on WJ Group’s grassroots sales staff found that for the vast majority of employees,the lack of respect for employees in the company,unreasonable salary performance,minimal benefits,lack of personal development planning,unreasonable job design,and lack of training to improve employees’ abilities make the satisfaction of employees in the company very low.Many management implementation problems can lead to inconsistency between employees and corporate goals,which eventually leads to difficulties in staff motivation and serious staff turnover.In response to these phenomena,we propose to study two aspects of employee dissatisfaction factors and satisfaction factors.In terms of WJ Group’s grassroots sales staff motivation,under the flexible employment system,employees’ own dedication and stress resistance are on the weak side,and once staff dissatisfaction is serious,it will lead to staff turnover and staff motivation measures will fail.Under the predicament of limited existing resources and energy,it is suggested that WJ Group needs to pay more attention to the discontent factor.Reducing the influence of employee dissatisfaction factors,such as the optimization of cultural values,improving the salary and performance system,sound communication mechanism,and diversification of benefits;satisfaction factors are mostly related to the gains and growth of the employees themselves,including sound personal development and career planning,focusing on employee ability improvement,recognition of employee work achievements,and job content redesign,are the results of direct motivation.The implementation of this incentive combination will be able to have a good effect on the motivation of WJ Group’s grassroots sales staff.
