Ping An Insurance Company of China Shanghai branch is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ping an insurance company of China.Its main business is health insurance,accident insurance and life insurance in Shanghai.Against the background of the continuous upgrading of China's economic environment and social structure,the development of Internet technology represented by the Internet and big data and the trend of increasingly diversified and personalized consumer demands have led to the continuous influx of new insurance subjects into the insurance industry,and the competition among insurance companies is increasingly fierce.In the era of knowledge economy,the competition of modern enterprises is actually the competition of human resources.Sales staff is a key force to push the products and services of insurance companies to customers.How Ping An Insurance Company of China Shanghai branch can effectively motivate sales staff to enhance the competitiveness of the company has become one of the key factors for the development of the company.This paper through the literature search,carding Outlines relevant incentive theory,and then through the questionnaire survey,the Ping An Insurance Company of China Shanghai branch,analyzing the present situation and problems of the sales staff incentive based on the analysis,find out the Ping An Insurance Company of China Shanghai branch sales staff incentive exists in the welfare system is relatively simple,salary system is too single,lack of basic career development planning and performance appraisal lack of guidance and communication problems and cause analysis,such as the influence of the management concept deviation and motivational techniques and methods of lag and so on,Finally,the paper puts forward some optimization strategies such as perfecting welfare system,improving salary,perfecting career planning and perfecting performance appraisal system.Through studying the optimization strategy of motivation for Ping An Insurance Company of China sales staff in Shanghai,on the one hand,efforts are made to motivatethe sales staff to create more value for the enterprise;On the other hand,giving full play to the abilities of salesmen is conducive to the development of their career and the realization of their life value.This paper not only provides the optimization strategy of sales incentive for Ping An Insurance Company of China Shanghai branch,but also provides helpful reference for other companies in the industry in employee motivation.
