Abstract/Summary:
The rapid development of China’s economy not only inspires consumers’ more exuberant demand for goods, but also brings a series of negative problems, for example, the shorter iterative cycle for updating products causes an increasing number of obsolete products; the increasing unused products then will lead to waste of resources; what’s more, inappropriately dealing with obsolete products will bring environmental and social issues. Nowadays, consumers pay more attention to product quality and enterprise image. However, because of the late start of corporate social responsibility, nearly 80% of the companies on corporate social responsibility scores are less than sixty in 2015. With the scientific and technological progress, market competition, globalization, customer’s higher expectation and more personalization, these factors lead to the competition between supply chains. The members of the supply chain are reasonable and decentralized, they usually try to get maximize one’s benefit and be independent when they make decision, the whole supply chain couldn’t be system-optimal. Therefore, improving enterprise social responsibility is socially urgent.1. Firstly establishes a distributedly closed-loop supply chain network model by using super network model, which consists of suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, demanding market, and recycling markets. To maximize the profit, behavior decision and target analysis functions are established; via using variational inequalities, network equilibrium conditions can be got and then find the equilibrium solution using the gradient projection algorithm. Simulation is provided to show the final result.2. we establish a centralizedly closed-loop supply chain which central around manufacturer; to get the purpose of maximum system profits, equilibrium condition of the whole system network is obtained by using the variational inequality. This paper compares the difference between the two models and proposes a closed-loop supply chain network model based on corporate social responsibility. It also uses the variational inequalities for equilibrium conditions, with a projected gradient algorithm to find the equilibrium solution, and then uses case study to prove the correctness of the model. In other words, the total profits of corporate social responsibility mode can get the same level as centralizedly closed-loop supply chain model.3. This paper discusses the influence of the corporate social responsibility level on network equilibrium; only taking manufacturers, retailers, and the demanding market into consideration, through three calculation analysis of samples show that supply chain members, the goods price, number of transactions, and cost of corporate social responsibility will increase the flowing product quantity, and product prices will decline, what’s more, overall profit will rise.
