Study On The Measurement And Promotion Strategy Of Wheat Whole Industry Chain In Henan Province

Wheat is the main grain ration crop in China,and promoting the development of the wheat industry is indispensable for ensuring the income of farmers and national food security.However,the interest blockage caused by traditional industrial fragmentation largely restricts the high-quality development of the wheat industry,and the introduction of the entire wheat industry chain can provide effective ways to improve wheat production efficiency and promote the development of the wheat industry.As a major province in wheat production,Henan Province has a significant responsibility in ensuring food security.Therefore,this article constructs a measurement system for the development level of the entire wheat industry chain,accelerates the construction of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province,improves the effectiveness of the construction of the entire wheat industry chain,and attempts to provide reference for ensuring the high-quality development of wheat and fully leveraging the significant role of Henan Province as a major wheat province.This article comprehensively applies various basic theories such as industrial integration theory,industrialized management theory,industrial cluster theory,and industrial value chain theory,as well as various research methods such as literature analysis,survey research,quantitative analysis,and empirical analysis,Conduct investigation and research along the technical route of "relevant concepts and theoretical foundations → development status and existing problems → construction of indicator system and analysis of level measurement and coupling coordination degree → countermeasures and suggestions →conclusions and prospects".Firstly,based on reviewing the relevant theories and research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the entire wheat industry chain,relevant concepts were defined and the theoretical basis was elaborated;Secondly,analyze the current development status of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province,and identify the problems that exist in the development of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province;Once again,from the three major aspects of prenatal indicators,in-process indicators,and postpartum indicators,an indicator system for measuring the level of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province from 2007 to 2020 is constructed based on five categories:resource input,product production,economic benefits,social development,and ecological environment.Principal component analysis,TOPSIS method,and SPSS 22.0 software are used to measure the development level of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province from 2007 to 2020,And use the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coordinated development of the entire industrial chain;Finally,based on the current situation and existing problems in the local area,combined with the results of level measurement research and analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to further improve the development level of the entire wheat industry chain.Through investigation and empirical analysis,it has been found that:(1)the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province has good natural and socio-economic conditions;(2)Henan Province is actively developing the entire wheat industry chain from top to bottom;(3)The main links of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province have a certain foundation,but there is still significant room for improvement;(4)There are still certain problems in the development of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province;(5)The overall development of the entire wheat industry chain in Henan Province is above the average level and is on an upward trend,with significant development space;(6)There are significant differences in the development of each subsystem of the evaluation index system;(7)The overall stable growth is achieved through the coupling and coordination of various subsystems in the entire industrial chain.In response to the local situation and existing problems,combined with the results of level measurement research and analysis,this article proposes nine countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the seed industry,improve the utilization of factor resources,strengthen deep processing capabilities,smooth the transportation and circulation chain,increase sales brand awareness,optimize regional industrial layout,provide professional talent support,promote green development mode,and digitize the entire industrial chain.There are three possible innovations in this article: firstly,to deepen theoretical research on the entire wheat industry chain;Secondly,expand the measurement method of the entire wheat industry chain level;Thirdly,propose countermeasures to enhance the level of the entire wheat industry chain that are consistent with the conclusions of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
