Research On The Development Status And Existing Problems Of Seed Enterprises In Henan Province

Seed industry is the "chip" of agriculture.As a landmark and guiding project in Chinese agricultural construction,seed industry is a strategic and basic industry of national development.In the process of seed industry development,seed enterprises play a leading role,is the backbone of seed industry development.In 2023,the No.1 Central Document proposed in-depth implementation of seed industry revitalization,and the enterprise support action is particularly important in the seed industry revitalization action plan.To support enterprises is to support seed industry,and enterprise revitalization is to revitalize seed industry.If we want to seize the development of seed industry,we must develop and expand the seed industry.In recent years,the seed industry of Henan has developed rapidly,and the breeding of crop varieties has made great progress.The seed industry of Henan has developed rapidly,but compared with the national seed industry,even compared with the world seed industry,there are still some problems,such as large number of seed enterprises,small scale,weak competitiveness and insufficient investment in research and development.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the current situation,existing problems and countermeasures of the development of seed enterprises in Henan Province,which is of great significance for comprehensively starting the "recovery" of the seed industry in Henan Province,ensuring the national food security and promoting the "rural revitalization" of Henan Province.In view of this,this paper takes three leading seed enterprises in Henan Province as examples(Henan Qiule Seed Industry Technology Co.,LTD.,Henan Jinbo Seed Industry Co.,LTD.,and China Cotton Seed Industry Technology Co.,LTD.).Four methods were used.Firstly,a large number of literature and materials related to seed industry at home and abroad were consulted by literature analysis method,as well as national policies of seed industry.Secondly,field investigation method was adopted to collect first-hand data by interviewing local leaders of agricultural departments,researchers from scientific research institutions,farmers and seed dealers.Third,collect the open data of seed enterprises online,collect the open data of three leading seed enterprises in Henan Province and 26 seed enterprises in China;The fourth is to adopt the questionnaire survey method,the purchase intention of 1200 farmers in Henan province questionnaire survey.Based on the collected information and data,13 indicators were selected from four aspects of operation ability,debt paying ability,profitability and development ability to build a factor analysis model.Based on 1113 valid questionnaires collected,the Apriori algorithm in association analysis was used to analyze the market demand of seed industry in Henan Province.Through the data analysis of Henan Province,it is concluded that the operation level of seed enterprises in Henan Province is in the middle and downstream,and the overall development is unbalanced and insufficient.Although from the perspective of profit factors,the three leading seed enterprises in Henan Province are at a good level,but due to the low scores of factors such as solvency,operation ability and development ability,compared with the other 26 seed enterprises in China,There is still a big gap between the seed enterprises in Henan province,and the development of enterprises still has a large room for improvement.On this basis,it is found that the market supervision system is not perfect in the process of the development of seed enterprises in Henan province.Brand awareness is not in place,marketing and publicity is not systematic;Insufficient investment in scientific research and low seed quality;The number of seed enterprises is large and the market size is small.After-sales service is not in place.In view of the above existing problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions,government departments should strengthen the organization and leadership,strengthen supervision,strengthen the management system;Seed enterprises should enhance brand awareness,really let the enterprise bigger and stronger;Increase the scientific research fund,strengthen the seed industry personnel training;Increase the construction of breeding base,expand the scale of breeding;Vigorously promote the industrialization of improved varieties and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.
