Convenience store is the "barometer" of urban economic development,and 24-hour convenience store is an important component of urban convenient life circle.China’s convenience stores are improving in layout,scale and operation,and have entered a period of integrated development.The top convenience stores are accelerating their expansion to low-tier cities by means of mergers and acquisitions,regional franchises,etc.Their community and convenience attributes are the key to industrial success.How to further find out and meet the preferences of local consumers and better grasp the market has become the key to penetrate the market.For stores,In order to provide customers with more convenient and better service,the manager of a store needs to be able to do a good job in a series of relevant knowledge reserves,such as business circle analysis,store operation management,product purchase-sales-inventory management,and personnel management,so that the store can stand in a strong competitive position.For chain convenience stores,how to cultivate store managers who meet the needs is a very important research course.The work of store manager is an important work for chain enterprises to facilitate the operation and management,and is an important means for the company to stabilize its market position and increase its income.Store sales work needs to be completed under the leadership of the store manager,whose knowledge,ability and accomplishment directly affect the achievement of the sales target of the enterprise.In this paper,all the store managers of M chain convenience stores are taken as the research object.Through scientific and multi-dimensional collection of training demand information,a full and reasonable investigation is conducted on the training status of the store managers,and the questionnaire and interview results are comprehensively and thoroughly analyzed.Based on the reference of relevant literature,problems existing in the current training program and the causes are found.Then,according to various scientific theories of training,the store manager training program is optimized and designed from four aspects:training demand research,training course design,training support and training effect evaluation.Through the company’s transformation of the store manager training needs,the holographic dimension evaluation and evaluation of the store manager and the competency analysis of the store manager,the scientific and reasonable store manager training needs are constructed.To provide a basis for determining the relevant contents of specific store manager training programs,aiming at the optimized training program is consistent with the individual ability needs of store managers and the company’s business objectives;Finally,the paper expounds the implementation guarantee of the training program from four aspects:exporting the culture of store manager training in the organization of the company,improving the flexibility of store manager training arrangement,increasing the budget of store manager training,and promoting the continuous improvement of the evaluation of the effect of store manager training,so as to solve the problems existing in store manager training of M chain convenience stores to a certain extent.For the company to achieve business objectives to provide sustainable talent protection. |
