With the continuous advancement of urban modernization project,urban residents’ demand for daily life quality is getting higher and higher,and urban supply has become the basic guarantee of the city,facing the urgent need to improve the quality.Especially for some old water plants,how to ensure that the outgoing water quality conforms to the national Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water(GB5749-2022),or even reaches a higher level,has become a top priority.Based on the analysis of the actual operation of the sludge concentration dosing system in BLY Water Plant of Xi’an Water Supply Co.,LTD.,a series of technical solutions were put forward to improve the production efficiency and reduce the operating cost.These schemes aim to improve the operational effectiveness of sludge dosing systems and automated control systems,thereby increasing the economic and social benefits of waterworks.The technical difficulties of the scheme include the determination of the installation location of sludge concentration meter,which needs to meet the requirements of process setting with the minimum economic cost and the maximum extent on the basis of the existing equipment and facilities,as well as the requirements of automatic control and instrument installation.It is also necessary to grasp the dosage of reagent on the macro level according to the sludge concentration or water content,to realize the combination of micro theory and macro practice,and to seek out the best working condition point.After many tests,the sludge treatment effect of "reduction","energy saving and emission reduction" and "intrinsic safety" was realized through the scheme,which greatly reduced the dosage of additives,reduced the secondary treatment charges,effectively reduced the air pollution of the surrounding environment caused by sludge discharge,significantly improved the living environment of urban residents,and greatly reduced the unstable influence caused by pollutants.It has improved the water safety of urban residents,greatly improved the life of urban residents,actively responded to the development strategy of "carbon neutrality",eliminated the uncertainty,and brought a positive impact on social development.Through scientific management and conservation,we not only realize the sustainable use of water resources,but also promote the harmonious coexistence between man and natureFollowing the idea of "finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper optimizes the process of the dosing system of the thickening tank in the sludge treatment system of the water plant,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing emissions,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,and improving enterprise benefits.
