| After more than 20 years of development,urban commercial banks(hereinafter referred to as"urban commercial banks")have shown vigorous vitality,with rapid growth in both asset size and capital strength.However,along with this,credit risks have become increasingly prominent,and the serious risk event of Baoshang Bank being taken over has emerged.In recent years,due to strict supervision by regulatory authorities,the banking industry has become increasingly market-oriented,and the attention paid to credit risk management by small and medium-sized commercial banks,especially urban commercial banks,has significantly increased.Although urban commercial banks have made great efforts and made great progress in credit policy formulation,industry policy research,credit business approval,post loan management,and asset disposal,there is still a significant gap between them and state-owned and joint-stock banks in terms of corporate governance structure,risk management concepts,technology,and talent,especially in terms of credit risk management,Leading to frequent occurrence of credit risk events.Starting from the credit risk of ZY Bank,this paper first lists the current situation of credit risk management of ZY Bank,and analyzes the universality and particularity of the credit risk problems faced by ZY Bank.At the same time,the problems of weak independence of credit business approval,defects in credit business process,unreasonable credit risk assessment and incentive mechanism,and lack of credit risk management culture are revealed,and the causes of this problem are deeply analyzed.Secondly,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy method(AHP)to quantify and evaluate the credit risk problems of the bank,and helps the bank choose the optimal solution for credit risk management by constructing a risk evaluation model and measuring the risk.Finally,after the identification,measurement and evaluation of the credit risk problems of ZY Bank,this paper puts forward the bank’s credit risk management optimization plan and optimizes and adjusts its current risk management measures.This article takes the credit risk faced by ZY Bank as a starting point,combines its regional environment,and uses risk measurement tools to propose relevant strategies for resolving the credit risk of urban commercial banks,which has certain reference significance for the risk prevention and control work of other urban commercial banks and the stability of regional financial order. |
