competitiveness of enterprises,which can bring a steady stream of productivity to enterprises,and knowledge is the basis of innovation and the source of enterprise development.The 14th Five-Year Plan also emphasizes that building an innovative country is inseparable from the support of enterprise innovation,and basic innovation research by enterprises is an important part of promoting the improvement of the innovation system.The quality development of the country and enterprises is inseparable from the promotion of knowledge innovation,as a part of the construction of the innovation system,the improvement of knowledge innovation is indispensable.Enterprise knowledge innovation should not only be extracted from internal practice management,but also obtain knowledge from outside;The way to obtain knowledge externally is to establish channels for acquiring knowledge with the outside world through organizational learning.As a high-level capability of dynamic capability,big data capability can quickly and accurately identify,integrate,and analyze knowledge resources that can promote enterprise business development.Use new knowledge to guide all aspects of the enterprise operation process,optimize and improve the management process,and provide rational data support for enterprise strategic decision-making,so as to promote the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises.This research is to promote knowledge innovation through organizational learning andorganizational learning to promote knowledge innovation through big data capabilities,and improve the strategic guarantee of enterprises to cope with changes in the external environment.At the same time,theoretical research models of organizational learning,big data capabilities,knowledge innovation,and data-driven culture are constructed,and research hypotheses are put forward for each research path according to existing research theories and research trends.The specific research contents are as follows:first,organizational learning directly affects knowledge innovation,and deeply explores the different impacts of three dimensions of organizational learning:learning commitment,common vision,and open mind on knowledge innovation;Secondly,based on dynamic capabilities,the influence mechanism of organizational learning to promote knowledge innovation through big data capabilities is explored.Finally,the impact of data-driven culture as a moderator on big data capabilities and knowledge innovation paths is explained.In particular,the study clarifies how a high degree of data-driven culture and a low degree of data-driven culture enhance and inhibit the influence mechanism of big data capabilities on knowledge innovation.Based on the scale of experts and scholars,starting from the actual research content of this paper,the reasonable Likert 5-level scale is designed,relevant data are collected in the form of questionnaires,a series of data analysis is carried out by using data processing software SPSS and AMOS,and hypothesis testing is carried out on the basis of data compliance with various verifications,and finally the following conclusions are reached:(1)organizational learning positively affects knowledge innovation,and the three dimensions of organizational learning commitment,common vision,and open mind also positively affect knowledge innovation;(2)Organizational learning positively affects big data capabilities,and the three dimensions of organizational learning learning commitment,common vision,and open mind also positively affect big data capabilities;(3)Big data capabilities positively affect knowledge innovation,and the three dimensions of big data capabilities:big data resource acquisition capabilities,big data analysis and integration capabilities,and big data application capabilities also positively affect knowledge innovation;(4)Data-driven culture has a certain regulating role in the influence path of big data capability and knowledge innovation,and data-driven culture has a moderating role in the influence of big data resource acquisition ability,big data analysis and integration ability and knowledge innovation,but data-driven culture does not have a regulating role in the impact of big data application ability on knowledge innovation.In a unified research framework,this paper not only explores the direct relationship between the two variables of organizational learning and knowledge innovation,but also introduces the background of the big data era between the two variables,and explores the influence of the mediating variable big data capability between the two.This paper not only broadens the research horizon of knowledge innovation with big data capabilities,but also enriches the research content of organizational learning.At the same time,the moderating effect of data-driven culture on the relationship between big data capability and knowledge innovation is explored,which enhances the innovation of research.The contribution of the research results to enterprises is to help enterprises realize the importance of implementing organizational learning strategies in the new big data background,and realize the role of big data capabilities in promoting knowledge innovation through the acquisition,integration and analysis of internal and external knowledge.Suggestions for rationalization:strengthen the establishment of organizational learning mechanism and focus on the construction of big data capabilities;Promote the impact of big data capabilities and demonstrate the value of data;Cultivate a data-driven culture,continuously promote enterprise knowledge innovation,gradually enhance the core competitiveness of
