| As more and more social resources are networked and digitized,the value that big data can carry will continue to be mentioned and improved,the application scope of big data will continue to expand,the importance of big data capabilities of enterprises in industry upgrading and enterprise digital transformation has become increasingly prominent,and the effective use of data has become an important driving force for enterprise development and change.If enterprises want to have their own foothold,they must transform the mode of economic development,and innovation is undoubtedly the key value driver for enterprises to form competitive advantages.The General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 20 th National Congress Accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies and strengthen the main position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation.Secondly,this paper studies the important roles of perceptual adaptability,resource integration ability,and innovation and change ability in dynamic capabilities.In a complex and volatile environment,it is more necessary to consider the maintenance of competitive advantage from a dynamic perspective.As a unique capability of enterprises,dynamic capability is an important factor to realize the innovation ability of enterprises and transform them into competitive advantages,so as to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.In this context,the existing literature on big data capability,dynamic capability and innovation performance has been reviewed and sorted out,and it is found that although there is no consensus on the concept definition of the above variables,the research results are relatively rich,and the research in this paper provides support.Then,by referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad,based on the resource-based theory and previous studies of scholars,this paper attempts to define and divide variables such as big data capability and other dimensions,and builds a conceptual model of the relationship between big data capability and innovation performance with dynamic capability unmediated variables.Then,through questionnaire research,this paper uses SPSS 25.0 and SPSSAU to conduct empirical analysis on the influence of big data capability on the innovation performance of incumbent enterprises.This paper carries out necessary analysis on 369 pieces of effective data collected,and verifies the hypotheses proposed in this paper one by one,showing the following results: Big data capability has a significant positive correlation with the innovation performance of incumbent enterprises.There is a significant positive correlation between big data capability and dynamic capability.Dynamic capability plays a partial mediating role between big data capability and innovation performance.After drawing the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve big data capability,build a long-term mechanism to improve dynamic capability,and improve enterprise innovation performance through big data capability and dynamic capability.Even incumbent enterprises with huge advantages in the industry may fall into a dilemma due to organizational rigidity and other reasons when facing the disruptive innovation of latecomers,and eventually suffer a devastating blow.This paper argues that improving innovation performance can help incumbent enterprises maintain competitive advantages and maintain long-term vitality and vitality in the VUCA era.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of this paper,some prospects for future research are put forward. |
