In recent years,the global epidemic situation is still severe,and the global economic situation continues to be sluggish.In addition,my country has successively introduced a series of systems and regulations such as three public consumption restrictions and alcohol restrictions,resulting in a relatively unfavorable situation for the liquor industry.Faced with this situation,liquor manufacturing enterprises must carry out all-round reform and innovation in order to seek a way out in the severe economic environment.As a research hotspot nowadays,internal control can promote enterprises to improve their operating efficiency and help them achieve business development goals,which is of great significance to the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.As a current research hotspot,internal control is of great significance to the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.In today’s fast-changing science and technology,more and more enterprises pay more attention to internal control.Whoever can establish a scientific and effective internal control system will undoubtedly be able to seize the opportunity in the competition.For liquor manufacturing enterprises,the internal inventory management and the internal control quality of inventory are very critical.Alcoholic Liquor Co.,Ltd is a liquor manufacturing enterprise with the production and sales of qu liquor series products,ceramic packaging and cartons.It was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997.However,in recent years,Jiugui Liquor Company has successively exposed the "plasticizer" incident and the "deposit theft" incident,which has put it in a disadvantageous position in the fierce competition in the liquor industry,especially the high-end liquor industry.As a local liquor manufacturing enterprise,Jiugui Liquor Company faces huge challenges in its development.Based on the summary of the characteristics of Baijiu industry and inventory and the investigation and Research on the inventory internal control status of Jiugui Liquor Company,this paper finds that there are problems in the inventory internal control of Jiugui Liquor Company.Combined with the characteristics of Baijiu industry inventory and COSO internal control framework,it is found that the main reason for these problems is that there are deficiencies in the five elements of internal control.Combined with the industry situation and the actual situation of the company,the following five optimization suggestions are put forward: First,improve the company’s internal environment macroscopically,overcome the overlapping phenomenon of the board of directors and senior management personnel,strengthen the company’s human resources construction,and clarify job responsibilities and tasks to help internal control Environment optimization;second,strengthen risk assessment,enhance risk prevention awareness of all employees,and do inventory risk assessment and budget management;third,improve the effectiveness of control activities,improve approval and authorization procedures,strengthen supplier management,and formulate scientific Reasonable company development strategy;Fourth,improve the efficiency of information and communication,especially to unblock corporate information communication channels,improve the corporate communication management system and build a company information sharing platform;Evaluation system,and supervise and improve the weak links of the company’s inventory internal control.This paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the specific problems of the company’s inventory internal control to help the company improve the inventory internal control environment.
