Research On The Inventory Internal Control Of RY Company

Inventory usually refers to the raw materials to be produced or finished products to be sold that have been processed and stored in the warehouse of the enterprise.Inventory belongs to current assets in accounting,and assets occupy a very important position in enterprises.With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,enterprises are constantly exploring the market and technological innovation at the same time,often ignore the inventory management,and inventory as the basis for the survival and development of enterprises have a profound impact on the development of enterprises.Taking manufacturing enterprises as an example,this paper firstly introduces the concept of inventory,analyzes the characteristics of physical,liquidity and vulnerability of inventory,and according to the characteristics of inventory,analyzes the significance of inventory management in manufacturing enterprises,reduce the business risk and avoid unnecessary losses;Secondly,it points out the main problems existing in the inventory management of manufacturing enterprises at this stage.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen inventory management,including strengthening risk awareness,improving audit institutions,strict implementation process,complete self-inspection,control of staff quality,improve the control environment,etc.According to the particularity of the manufacturing industry,on the basis of field investigation and theoretical research,this paper selects RY company engaged in auto parts production,based on the actual demand of manufacturing inventory management,according to the theory of internal control of inventory management,to sort out the current situation of inventory management process of RY company.Based on the analysis of the inventory control activities of RY company around the warehouse,we find that there are some problems in the purchase,acceptance,warehousing,warehousing and inventory of the company.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the enterprise internal control system,optimize the channels of information communication,in order to reduce the risk of internal control of RY company related to inventory management.
