For high-tech enterprises,innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises.In today’s increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,knowledge-based employees are undoubtedly the most important part of enterprises due to their pa rticularity and scarcity.How to effectively motivate knowledge-based employees and manage them to achieve the common development goals of the enterprise in a consistent and efficient manner is particularly important.The article mainly takes the knowledge-based employees of Hunan Unisoft Company as the research object,based on the relevant knowledge of domestic and foreign management scientists on incentive research,combined with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the current development s tage of Unisoft Company,In-depth research and analysis of the current incentive methods of Unisoft.Starting from analyzing the characteristics of the IT industry,it introduces the development status,organizational structure,human resource management s tatus,knowledge-based employees,the content and composition of the company’s current material and spiritual incentives,and investigate and analyze the problems and causes of current incentives.From the problems existing in the current incentive status,including but not limited to: insufficient team incentive management,lack of long-term incentives,etc.,the causes of the problems are analyzed;finally,the knowledge-based Based on the diversification of employees’ material incentives,we set up innovation awards,the project point system,and equity incentives.Combined with short-term and long-term incentive design,career planning for employees,and creation of a good corporate culture.Improvements have been made.countermeasures.The article strives to explore and establish an incentive optimization plan suitable for the development stage of the c ompany,which can not only play a role in motivating employees,but also help the company better realize its development strategy,improve its core competitiveness,and enable the company and its employees to achieve a win-win situation.At the same time,It is expected to provide some reference for the same type of IT companies in the motivation of knowledge workers.
