| Since the 21st century, the speed of urbanization has accelerated, and the external risks and shocks faced in urban construction and development have increased.Extreme weather events, natural disasters and urban diseases have gradually become new crises in urban development, and the introduction of the concept of urban resilience has become an important part of the urban development planning and construction implementation process.Urban resilience research in China started relatively late, and the form, content and methods of research are yet to be enriched.Firstly, the introduction of the background, purpose and significance of this paper, pointing out the necessity of urban resilience development research, and combing the existing urban resilience research results from domestic and international perspectives, followed by a brief overview of the research content and research methods of this paper, proposing the innovative points of the paper, then combing the development of resilience theory and urban resilience theory, introducing and introducing relevant classical theories, providing theoretical support for the study of urban resilience development.Secondly, the theoretical analysis framework of urban resilience is constructed.Based on the principle of scientific construction of evaluation indexes, the urban resilience evaluation index system is established from five dimensions: social resilience, economic resilience, ecological resilience, infrastructure resilience, and organizational resilience, and the entropy value method is used to process the data, and the comprehensive score is used as the index value to measure the development level of urban resilience, and the development level of urban resilience and the regional distribution are analyzed and evaluated.During the study period, the development of urban resilience in China generally showed a wave-like upward trend, with most regions peaking around 2018,followed by a decline in most cities to varying degrees, with obvious regional differences and a general downward trend from east to west, forming a spatial distribution pattern of "strong in the east and weak in the west".Thirdly,it is an analysis of the role of influencing factors on urban resilience.A time-series analysis of urban resilience development levels of Chinese prefecture-level cities is first conducted, and then the role of influencing factors on urban resilience development is analyzed by establishing a fixed-effects regression model. The results show that the urban resilience of 269 prefecture-level cities(including 4 municipalities directly under the central government)in China during the study period is mainly influenced by the level of urban economy, social consumption, the rationality of industrial structure, the level of ecological environment and the level of infrastructure, and these factors have significant effects on urban resilience, and there are significant differences in the effects of the influencing factors in different regions. Finally, based on the findings of this paper, the following three countermeasures are proposed from the research dimensions: stimulating regional economic vitality and promoting economic development;strengthening ecological protection and improving environmental quality;and improving the construction of urban infrastructure system. And according to the division of the research area, the measures and suggestions of urban resilience construction with regional differences are proposed in combination with different regional development levels. This paper combines theoretical and practical research and analysis to provide theoretical reference for promoting the construction of urban resilience development and improving the level of urban development quality, which has practical significance for promoting the healthy development of Chinese cities.Figure [9] table [13] reference [92]... |
