Agricultural productive service industry is the fundamental way out for realizing agricultural modernization under the condition of "small farmers in large countries",and it is also an important form and main driving force for the realization of moderate scale operation of agriculture.The development of agricultural productive services is conducive to adjusting the agricultural economic structure,helping farmers save costs and increase efficiency,and plays an important role in better introducing ordinary farmers into the track of modern agricultural development.At present,agricultural productive services have become a new leading force leading the transformation of agricultural development mode,but there are still some shortcomings(low service precision,single supply mode,imperfect system,lack of talents,etc.).In view of this,this paper takes grain planting as the research object,defines the concepts of agricultural productive services and food production efficiency,and first sorts out the influence mechanism of services on food production efficiency based on the guidance of professional division of labor,farmer behavior,sustainable development,input and output.Secondly,based on the survey data of 485 wheat planting households in five cities represented by Qingdao,Weifang,Zibo,Linyi and Zaozhuang in Shandong Province,the SBM-DEA model was used to measure the grain production efficiency,and then the Tobit model was used to test the promotion effect of agricultural productive services on food production efficiency,and the impact of different services on food production and regional heterogeneity were further analyzed.(The impact of agricultural productive services on food production efficiency was empirically analyzed using SBM-DEA model and Tobit model)The results show that,first,agricultural productive services are conducive to improving the food production efficiency of farmers,and the impact effects of different types of services are different.Among them,agricultural information services have the highest impact coefficient,followed by financial and insurance services.Second,the production efficiency of grain will also be affected by factors such as age,education level,whether they are village cadres,whether they are part-time workers,the proportion of agricultural income,and the circulation of agricultural land.Specifically,the older the farmer or the village cadre,the less time and energy he has to devote to new services,and the lower the production efficiency.The higher the level of education of farmers,the greater the likelihood of adopting productive services and the higher the production efficiency;The higher the proportion of agricultural income and the degree of agricultural land circulation,the greater the demand for agricultural productive services,and the production efficiency is positively correlated.The impact of part-time farmers on food production efficiency is not stable.Third,there is heterogeneity in development between different regions.The average efficiency is higher in the east and south,and relatively low in other regions.Overall,there is more room for upside.In order to better exert the impact of agricultural productive services on food production efficiency,this paper puts forward the following suggestions in a targeted manner:(1)Innovate the supply mode of agricultural productive services to meet the differentiated needs of farmers.(2)Formulate agricultural production service standards and guide the development of industry norms.(3)Promote the precise development of agricultural productive services and improve service levels.(4)Cultivate multi-form agricultural management entities and do a good job in counseling and training. |
