With the deepening of economic globalization,the market environment in which enterprises operate is undergoing radical changes,and how enterprises can sustain their core competitiveness,enhance their ability to use new knowledge and technology,and promote the common growth of enterprises and employees is gradually becoming the focus of every enterprise.A learning organization is an organizational form that can maintain the competitive advantage of an enterprise and respond to environmental changes by accumulating knowledge through active and systematic learning.By building a learning organization,it has become the consensus of more and more enterprises to realize the improvement of internal management,the improvement of operation efficiency,and the stimulation of employees’ innovation ability.Since the publication of the book "The Fifth Discipline" by American scholar Peter M.Senge,the theoretical research related to learning organization has been improved and the practical experience of building learning organization has been enriched.Company H is a state-owned financial company in the initial stage of development,has ushered in the creation of learning organization during the critical period of transformation and upgrading,and has achieved certain results in the process,such as such as streamlining the organization,implementing flat management,innovating business products,improving organizational performance,and promoting organizational learning,etc.At the same time,there are also some problems and more room for optimization.This article takes Company H as the research object,systematically compares the current situation of domestic and foreign research on learning organization and related theoretical research results,and discusses the current situation,specific problems,causes and optimization strategies of the construction of learning organization in Company H.This article analyzes the current situation of the construction of learning organization in Company H,including the flat organizational structure,the current situation of learning and training,the current situation of corporate culture,and the current situation of knowledge management and application,and uses questionnaires and in-depth interviews to obtain research data related to the construction situation,and analyzes the problems and reasons in the process of the construction of learning organization in Company H based on this.Then,under the guidance of Peter M.Senge’s Five Disciplines model,we systematically proposed the optimization strategies of Company H’s learning organization,including establishing a common vision,promoting team learning,improving mental models,promoting systematic thinking,and realizing self-transcendence,and put forward the guarantee measures of the optimization program from five aspects,including changing leaders’ thinking,improving system construction,establishing a learning management team,shaping a learning culture,and investing funds.After diagnosing and studying the problems in the process of building a learning organization in Company H,the relevant optimization strategies proposed can hopefully help Company H improve its own management,enhance its ability to resist external risks,and stimulate the motivation and creativity of all employees in order to promote the company’s high-quality development.At the same time,it can further improve the case study of learning organization and also provide new thoughts and attempts for other similar companies to optimize their learning organization.
