Research On The Adoption Of State-owned Assets Supervision And Administration IT Platform

Since the new era,the state-owned assets supervision and administration(SASA)has entered a new stage of development.It is necessary to adapt to the new situation of digitalization,networking,and intelligence,constantly use information technology and information resources,optimize the mode of SASA,enhance the ability of SASA to perform duties,and ensure the safety of state-owned assets.State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC)of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government,as SASA agency of the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government,has fully completed the first phase of its SASA platform "Smart SASA".Facing the new requirements of SASAC of the State Council for the informatization of SASA,Tianjin SASAC is facing new tasks to further promote the deep integration of business and informatization and continuously improve the efficiency of SASA.However,as one of the informatization auxiliary means for SASA,smart SASA have not been fully accepted and recognized by users.Starting from this,I try to explore the influencing factors of the adoption of SASA IT platform,build a model of the adoption of SASA IT platform,which is used to analyze the causes of the problems and put forward suggestions.The issues related to SASA IT platform belong to the issue of e-government.I follow the standard steps and procedures of quantitative empirical research in social science to carry out the research work.Through reading literature and sorting out various mature adoption models,I decided to expand and construct the adoption model of SASA IT platform with Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)as the core.Eight external variables and 13 basic hypotheses are put forward from the three dimensions of technology,environment and individual,and the scale of the observed variables is designed by referring to the existing research and work experience.In response to these problems,a questionnaire survey was carried out in SASAC and state-owned enterprise of Tianjin,and the structural equation model analysis and verification of the constructed model was carried out using the questionnaire data,which confirmed that 12 hypotheses were established and the model fitting effect was well.Finally,starting from unaccepted assumptions,I analyze the current status of SASA IT platform.Based on the verified assumptions,suggestions are put forward for the informatization construction of SASA—focusing on improving service awareness,strengthening organizational guarantees,and exploring application innovations.
