Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Environment On Regional Economic Growth

After the reform and opening up,the country has made brilliant achievements in economic development,which is closely related to the continuous improvement of innovation ability in various regions.Entrepreneurship has been a hot topic in academic circles and social practices in the past 30 years.Throughout the world,no matter a country or a city,rapid economic development cannot be achieved without the support of entrepreneurial activities.Chinese provinces and regions present heterogeneity in economic development,and the level of entrepreneurial environment and economic development are also different.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and economic growth.The research studies the concept,model,evaluation method of entrepreneurial environment and the relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth.Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021,the research uses a combination of econometric analysis and empirical analysis to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the entrepreneurial environment level in China’s provinces.On the basis of theoretical research on entrepreneurial environment,by means of AHP-CRITIC model,systematic clustering and other methods,the research makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of provincial entrepreneurial environment in China.The evaluation results show that the development level of entrepreneurial environment in China maintains a stable upward trend from 2012 to 2021.Although the scores of some provinces have decreased somewhat in the middle,they have maintained a growing trend on the whole.In the part of regression analysis,the influence of entrepreneurial environment on economic growth is studied from the national and subregional perspectives by constructing a quantile regression model,taking GDP as the explained variable,the comprehensive evaluation index of entrepreneurial environment as the explanatory variable,and the labor productivity of the whole society,the financial revenue adequacy rate,the contribution rate of the tertiary industry and the urban registered unemployment rate as the control variable.The national regression results show that the elasticity coefficient of the comprehensive evaluation index of entrepreneurial environment on economic growth in all provinces is positive,indicating that it has a positive impact on economic growth.Moreover,with the increase of quantile,the elasticity coefficient gradually shows a trend of fluctuating growth.The results of regional regression show that the entrepreneurial environment and fiscal revenue adequacy ratio in the four types of regions have significant positive effects on economic growth,the urban registered unemployment rate has significant negative effects on economic growth,and the influence of other control variables on economic growth is different in various regions.According to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:First,we need to properly build an entrepreneurial environment and an evaluation system for economic growth indicators,and strengthen policy support.According to the different indicators of the entrepreneurial environment of different regions on the different impact of economic growth to formulate corresponding policies.We will adapt to local conditions and improve the quality of entrepreneurship in all regions.Second,we should give full play to the guiding effect of the entrepreneurial environment in regional economic development.In order to enhance the positive effect of entrepreneurial environment on economic growth,we should first pay more attention to the development of social economic environment and financing environment.All regions should establish and improve the financing system,adjust and upgrade the industrial structure.The government should increase the capital investment for enterprises and provide financial support for new enterprises.Third,we should increase investment in the construction of entrepreneurial environment and constantly optimize the entrepreneurial environment.The government should take the lead,unify policies,and rely on “Internet Plus” to realize public service information sharing.The government should give top priority to solving the problem of employment by introducing foreign investment,developing township enterprises and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to create more jobs and reduce the unemployment rate.
