Case Study On The Construction And Management Of Smart Bamboo Raft In Longhu Mountain Scenic Area

With the continuous progress of digital technologies such as big data,the Internet of Things and cloud computing,the integration of digital technology and the real economy is deepening,and the tourism industry is gradually transforming into digital and intelligent.Enter a new era of smart tourism Longhu Mountain Scenic Spot is a Class III(the highest level)smart scenic spot in Jiangxi Province.The smart bamboo Raft in the scenic spot is the first platform project that takes the lead in using smart management and interaction in bamboo raft(cruise)projects in China,and is a typical representative of similar smart tourism platforms in the province and even the country.Based on this,this study selects the smart bamboo raft as the object of case study.In accordance with the requirements of the college’s case paper model and format,it focuses on analyzing the main experiences and difficulties in the construction and management of the smart bamboo raft,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the construction and management of the smart bamboo raft platform in Longhu Mountain Scenic Area.In May 2017,Longhu Mountain officially started the construction of the Smart Bamboo Raft project.The main experiences are as follows: One is planning,keeping up with policies,compiling smart tourism project planning,focusing on compiling and formulating "Yingtan City(whole area)smart Tourism Special Planning(2017-2020)","Longhu Mountain Smart Tourism three-year(2017-2020)Action Plan Improvement","Longhu Mountain Scenic Spot" Smart Bamboo Raft "project construction plan";The second is to take advantage of the situation,the third is to seize the opportunities of the platform construction era,mainly by taking advantage of the national 03 special pilot Dongfeng,the second is to take advantage of the first Jiangxi "Migration Expo" Dongfeng,the third is to take advantage of the province’s smart scenic spots to create dongfeng;Third,build the foundation and drive the two ends to promote the quality and upgrading of management services.The main task is to establish the intelligent scheduling management system of video surveillance and the interactive tour and service evaluation system to improve the quality of intelligent management and the efficiency of intelligent services.Norms for the evaluation of nudge wisdom;The fourth is to strengthen the foundation,strict system,strengthen the rafts service and efficient management,mainly formulated including the "smart bamboo raft Management Measures","Raft worker Management System","raft worker performance appraisal program" and other rules and regulations,continue to carry out quality improvement training,to implement the management system;Fifth,income generation: open source and reduce expenditure,deep digging secondary consumption profit increase income,mainly reduce expenditure without saving quality,intensive help efficient management,open source and increase efficiency,innovative deep digging income generation mode.According to the field survey and interview analysis,there are five problems in the platform construction and management of Longhu Mountain Smart Bamboo Raft: the group company does not pay enough attention to it,the responsibility of operation and management is unclear,the tourist experience is not up to expectations,the platform focuses on supervision rather than service,and the system integration is not perfect.Finally,the author analyzes the causes of the above problems by using the theories of stakeholders,system theory and experience economy,and suggests that the author should change the concept to improve the understanding and attach importance to the construction of the platform.Dig deep demand,optimize service experience;Improve system integration and strengthen data sharing;Strengthen the organization and leadership,straighten out the management system and other aspects,and promote the smart bamboo raft to solve problems and really get out of the development predicament.The research results can provide ideas and references for the next development of smart bamboo raft construction and management,and provide a reference for other similar scenic spots or products and services.
