Since the reform and opening up,compared with the development of industrialization,informatization and urbanization,the development of agricultural modernization is obviously backward,and "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the top priority of the work of the whole Party.The new agricultural business entity has the connection function of supporting small farmers and modern agriculture,and can provide a good external environment and internal power for the rural economy.Under the policy situation of rural revitalization,the study of the optimization and countermeasures of the "agricultural +logistics" mode in Gao ’an city has great theoretical value and practical significance to improve the transformation efficiency and quality of the rural revitalization policy in Gao’ an City and promote the development of rural agricultural economy.This article mainly through combing the rural revitalization and rural industrial economic development,the new agricultural management main body of business performance and development mode and the influence of the development of new agricultural management industry integration mechanism and related areas of literature,found that the integration of new agricultural management development in China is still in the exploration stage,although some achievements,but still face the depth of fusion,industrial integration elements bottleneck constraints and obstacles and problems.This thesis takes the development mode of "agriculture + logistics" in Gao’an city as the research object,Guided by the theory of agricultural circular economy,including the theory of industrial organization and agricultural modernization,Field research on the integrated development of the "agriculture + logistics" mode of the new agricultural business entities in Gao’an city,The conclusion is drawn as follows: First,The relationship between agriculture and logistics development in Gao’an city is both positive and strongly correlated,The development of agriculture and logistics is complementary,mutually promoted and mutually developed.Second,In the process of integrated development of "agriculture + logistics",the new agricultural business subject in Gao’an city is faced with development problems such as low integration degree of agriculture and logistics,imperfect management mechanism and policies,difficult development of integration subjects,poor infrastructure and bottleneck constraints of industrial integration elements.Finally,this thesis through research and summary,from the construction of agricultural infrastructure,agricultural socialization services,open the industrial development barrier,scientific and technological innovation and talent training direction to build the practical path of diversified integrated development of new agricultural business subjects,in order to promote the diversified integrated development of new agricultural business subjects.At the same time,there are still many deficiencies in the research of this thesis the research scope is limited to the new agricultural business entities within the scope of Gao’an city,the information is inevitably not comprehensive,the research needs to be further deepened.It is hoped that the subsequent research can be conducted on different regions and multiple fields,and conduct a more in-depth analysis of the integrated development of new agricultural business entities.
