Research On The Old-Age Security Of Rural Empty-Nesters In Hubuzhai Town In Puyang County

Currently our country is in the rising period of social and economic development,under the influence of urbanization and industrialization,the aging process is further accelerated.The whole society is facing more and more burden of pension,while for the social pension service system,we are also facing many tests and predicament.Due to the unbalanced economic and social development differences between urban and rural areas and regions,the development of economic and medical level in many rural areas is lagging behind,so that the rural empty-nesters are faced with severe pension difficulties and challenges,and a series of problems have appeared in their economic,life and spiritual status quo.For Puyang County Hubuzhai Town,there are also a large number of rural empty-nesters in the 47 administrative villages.To solve the old-age security problem of rural empty-nesters is a very key step to realize the local rural revitalization.From the perspective of the problems existing in the retirement of rural emptynesters,this paper combined the family life cycle theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and social support theory,and selected 218 rural empty-nesters in Hubuzhai Town of Puyang County as the research object,to study and analyze the economic status quo,living status and spiritual status of rural empty-nesters.The author believes that Puyang County Hubuzhai town rural empty-nesters economic income and expenditure level is not proportional,often there is an economic situation beyond the means,there are also self-care,children care,community care are lack of life problems,at the same time,the elderly spiritual life is serious,less hobbies,entertainment projects.These pension security problems are caused by many reasons,including the conservative concept of old-age care for the elderly and the weakening function of home care,as well as the insufficient government security,the weak rural economy and the lack of professional pension team.Finally,based on the research data and the actual development situation of Hubuzhai Town,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to solve the old-age problems of rural empty-nesters in Hubuzhai Town of Puyang County.First,to change their own pension concept,pay attention to self-security;Second,the function of family endowment security should be strengthened.Third,we should give full play to the government’s role in supporting social security.Fourth,to develop the rural economy,improve the level of rural empty-nesters pension;Fifth,professional service teams should be trained to improve the quality of life of rural empty-nesters.
