A Study On The Mutual Support Of Empty-nesters In Rural Communities In Yanggu County

The phenomenon of empty-nesting in rural communities of Yanggu is becoming increasingly serious,and the pension pressure is increasing.Developing the promising mode of mutual support for the empty-nesters in rural communities vigorously is conducive to liberating the labor and relieving the pension pressure.This mode plays an important role in improving the management mode of the pension service in rural communities and promoting the construction of rural communities.Currently,some rural communities in Yanggu county have initially carried out mutual pension mode.However,Yanggu county government still has some problems to be solved,such as the insufficient support,the lack of social support coverage,the lack of effective management of mutual pension,poor ability of mutual pension,the simple mutual assistance service and manners due to the lack of relevant laws,regulations and policies,insufficient funds,and insufficient awareness of mutual support For these reasons,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures on improving the active role of government,the helping role of the society,and the management ability of rural communities.Additionally,the following suggests strengthening the mutual support ability of the empty-nesters,improving the mutual service content and developing the mutual aid way and perfecting mutual service content and developing mutual pension mode are proposed.Based on the basic theoretical explanation of the mutual support of the empty-nesters in the rural community,this paper uses the literature analysis and investigation method to combs the current situation of the mutual support of the empty-nesters in the rural community of Yanggu County,analyze the problems and reasons of the mutual support of the empty-nesters,and propose the countermeasures to promote the development of the mutual support of the empty-nesters in the rural community.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance.Subsequently,it summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on mutual pension and introduces the research ideas,main contents and research methods.Finally,this chapter proposes the innovation and research difficulties.The second chapter is the core concept and basic theory of mutual support for empty-nesters in rural communities.This paper expounds the elements of mutual pension,that is,leader,assistant,manager,subject,object,content and method.The third chapter describes the current situation of mutual pension of the empty-nesters in rural communities of Yanggu county,including the content of the investigation and the rural pension process and the results achieved in Yanggu county.The fourth chapter expounds the problems faced by the rural communities in Yanggu county and their reasons,including the problems existing in the leader,assistant,manager,subjects,objects,service contents and methods of mutual pension.Meanwhile,this paper also analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter proposes the countermeasures to promote the development of mutual pension for empty nesters in rural communities of Yanggu county.
