In recent years,Laos has actively responded to the Belt and Road Initiative,and the China-Laos Railway has been fully operational in 2021.As the impact of the epidemic wanes,it is believed that the tourism industry in Laos will soon recover.Therefore,the marketing analysis of tourism industry in Laos is conducive to the better development of tourism service industry in Laos.Through the analysis of the marketing problems of the famous Dansavang Tourism Company in Laos,this paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of marketing strategies to help the Dansavang Tourism Company in Laos better launch marketing strategies suitable for the Laos tourism market,which is conducive to the further development of the overall marketing of the tourism service industry in Laos.First of all,this paper establishes a theoretical framework for this paper by sorting out relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and sorts out relevant theories to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly,by summarizing the general situation of Dansawang Tourism Company and analyzing the macro environment of its marketing development,this paper analyzes the macro environment of the development of Dansawang Tourism Company from the political,economic,social and technical aspects,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the current marketing process of Dansawang Tourism Company through SWOT analysis.By means of questionnaire,this paper collects consumers’ subjective feelings about the current marketing process of Dansavang Tourism Company,and analyzes the existing marketing problems of Dansavang Tourism Company,including limited product innovation,single pricing strategy and settlement method,single marketing channel and the promotion effect to be strengthened.Thus,the optimization strategy of marketing strategy of Dansawang Tourism Company is put forward.The overall marketing strategy of Dansawang Tourism company is determined through the selection of market segmentation target market and target market positioning of Dansawang Tourism Company,and the optimization suggestions of marketing strategy of Dansawang Tourism company are put forward from the aspects of product price channels and promotion.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the marketing strategy of Dansavang Tourism Company to help the company better carry out marketing activities.
