In recent years,the world has entered an important period of comprehensive digital transformation and development.The digital economy has injected new impetus into global economic growth and become an important engine for global economic recovery.While China’s Internet is developing faster and faster,it also faces many difficulties and challenges in its survival and development.In recent years,affected by the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,all walks of life have been greatly impacted,which directly leads to intensified market competition and unstable market environment.Internet employees also face great work pressure.The working rhythm of "996" and even "007" has frequently aroused social discussion in the Internet industry.As the fierce competition environment brings great work pressure to the employees of Internet enterprises,it also causes a certain degree of negative impact on the mental health of employees of Internet enterprises.At the same time,it is also common to publish news reports of Internet company employees’ sudden death in the middle of the night in the company,which will cause widespread concern and discussion in the society.If the excessive work pressure cannot be alleviated in time,the employees will not only have serious physical problems and sudden death,but also have serious psychological problems,and even the employees will appear suicidal.Therefore,it has become a problem that the society and Internet enterprises must study and solve to pay attention to and help the employees of Internet enterprises to relieve the work pressure in a timely and effective way.Quantitative research method was adopted in this study.The data for quantitative research are derived from questionnaires conducted among employees of Internet companies.Through statistical description,the main characteristics,pressure and recovery experience of current employees in Internet enterprises are analyzed.At the same time,the research hypothesis of the interaction of recovery experience,self-efficacy and work performance is proposed,and the multiple linear regression method is used to verify it,and the influence and mechanism of recovery experience and work performance are analyzed.The study focuses on the impact of recovery experience on work performance,and in-depth analysis of the mediating role of work engagement and the moderating role of self-efficacy.On this basis,it explores the causes affecting recovery experience and work performance of employees in Internet enterprises and how to better help employees in Internet enterprises recover and relieve work pressure.The research shows that employees of Internet enterprises face pressure from family,work environment,social environment and other aspects,and are affected by different characteristics of individual gender,age,education level and job type.Each person has a different emphasis on the performance of the pressure.At the same time,the recovery experience of employees in connected enterprises is related to their work involvement and performance.The research verifies that job engagement plays a mediating role in the process of restoring experience and job performance,and also verifies that self-efficacy plays a moderating role in this process.In addition,the research also found that there are many factors affecting work performance.Enterprises need to pay attention to employees’ working environment,colleague relationship and other aspects to help employees create better recovery conditions,so as to improve work performance.
