Research On The Effect Of Digital Inclusive Finance On High Quality Economic Devel Opment Of Henan

After the 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the decision of "high-quality economic development",the 11 th CPC Congress of Henan Province further emphasized that Henan province should promote "high-quality economic development",which is the strategic fulcrum of the current and future economic development of Henan Province.China Inclusive Finance Innovation Report(2020)shows that digital inclusive finance has become the mainstream of inclusive finance development,which enables the real economy and provides driving force for high-quality economic development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the effect of digital inclusive finance on high-quality economic development in Henan Province.This paper systematically reviews the theory of digital inclusive finance and economic growth,analyzes the mechanism of digital inclusive finance on high-quality economic development,and expounds the current situation of digital inclusive finance and high-quality economic development in Henan Province.Based on this,the index system of high-quality economic development and digital inclusive finance in Henan province is selected to measure the level of high-quality economic development and digital inclusive finance in Henan Province.This paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the effect of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.Through spatial Dubin analysis of the total index,the dimensions index and the digital inclusive financial index of Henan Province,the spatial spillover effect is obtained,and the spillover effect is decomposed,and the direct spillover effect and indirect spillover effect of different independent variables and control variables are obtained respectively.The results show that digital inclusive finance plays a positive role in promoting the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.The level of fintech and financial service has the most obvious effect on promoting high-quality economic development in Henan Province.The unreasonable allocation of financial resources and high tax burden limit the high quality economic development of Henan Province.The development of digital inclusive finance is an important driving force to achieve high-quality economic development in Henan Province.Finally,according to the above analysis results,some policy suggestions are put forward.
