| In the fierce competition environment,the survival and development of small and micro enterprises are facing huge challenges.In December 2019,the new crown epidemic continued to the present,and the development of many small and micro enterprises has been hindered,facing difficulties in capital turnover,undelivered supply of goods,high turnover rate,serious loss of core talents,etc.How to retain talents has become a matter of life and death for small and micro enterprises.key.The new generation of employees born in the 1980 s and 1990 s have basically entered the labor market,and those born after 2000 have gradually entered the workforce.These young employees are unconventional in thinking,distinctive in personality,and weak in psychological endurance.However,these employees have strong learning ability and master updated knowledge and skills,which will help improve the innovation ability of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,small and micro enterprises need to provide sufficient support and pay attention to their work value orientation.How to improve employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment,enhance employees’ sense of work obligation and responsibility,reduce turnover rate,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is imminent.This paper studies the impact of organizational support and employee work values on employee turnover intention in small and micro enterprises.First,based on social exchange theory,organizational support theory,etc.,research models and research hypotheses are proposed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of small and micro enterprises and employees,through comprehensive relevant research,construct items to measure each variable,and design a questionnaire.Third,contact the industrial parks with many small and micro enterprises in Chengdu,visit 6 areas in Chengdu where small and micro enterprises are concentrated,and distribute and collect 617 valid questionnaires.Based on the factors of the questionnaires,regression analysis and RBF neural network,Validate the theoretical model.Finally,it puts forward the management countermeasures and suggestions for improving the small and micro enterprises to deal with employee turnover.The results show that employees’ organizational support for small and micro enterprises negatively affects their turnover intention.Among them,the emotional support,work support,value support and interest support of small and micro enterprises to employees negatively affect their turnover intention.The work values of employees of small and micro enterprises will negatively affect their turnover intention.Among them,employees’ long-term development concept,innovation orientation,interpersonal harmony,internal preference,and non-utilitarian orientation all negatively affect their turnover intention.At the same time,the work values of small and micro enterprise employees play a moderating role in the relationship between organizational support and turnover intention. |
