At present,with the recurrence of COVID-19,the supply of various raw materials in the domestic market always have some shortage,which aggravates the production fluctuations faced by the production enterprises and request more flexibility for the production of the factory.At the same time,the manufacturing industry is also facing a variety of problems,such as the diversification of customer demand,the rising production cost caused by the rise of human cost,and the intensification of market competition.Therefore,in order to deal with these problems,all manufacturing enterprises are actively exploring and seeking innovation;And actively introduce various automatic production technologies and advanced management modes to achieve a production mode in which quality,cost and efficiency are balanced,so as to improve the management level of the enterprise.Therefore,this thesis takes the B product production line of S company as the research object,investigate the current situation of its production line,combined with the current situation,get relevant data,and then some lean production tools are applied for analysis.The three main problems in the production line of product B of S company are:low balance rate of production line,insufficient standardization of production line,and high equipment failure rate.Then,according to the relevant theory of lean production and the main problems of the production line analyzed,starting from the actual situation of the production line of product B of S company,according to the guiding ideology of lean production,formulate improvement goals,redesign new lines,introduce robots and reorganize the lines to improve the line balance rate,designs the standardized operation of the production line according to the latest line balance,introduces the concept of Total Productive Maintenance(TPM),conducts graded training for the production line staff,and hands over more equipment problems to the production line staff to improve the equipment utilization rate,reduce the manpower cost of technicians,and formulate specific implementation steps.Finally,put forward the guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of the above plan,including the construction of Lean culture,all employee participation in improvement,the organizational guarantee of training,the system guarantee for employee grading,and the financial guarantee of employee performance.This thesis takes the electronic product manufacturing industry as the starting point,takes the actual production line as the research case,and introduces lean production to make targeted improvement.Therefore,this thesis can provide certain application reference for domestic electronic product manufacturing enterprises. |
