Research On Operational Risk Control Of Chassis Brakes

With the influence of many un certain factors such as the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and the trade disputes between China and the United States,the competitiveness of products and the competitive advantages that enterprises need in the same industry become more and more important.Th is point is particularly prominent in the auto parts industry.In the face of the continuously declining demand of the auto consumer market,the downstream OEMs without chips,domestic and foreign auto parts suppliers can be said to be on the edge of their wits.How to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve the compet itiveness of enterprises has become a difficult.This article through to the definition of related concepts and relevant theory,on the Chassis Brakes internal and external envir onment and operational risk situation and the present situation has carried on the arrangement,found in the process of finishing,Chassis Brakes exist in the process of operation management,risk mainly exist in the quality control,efficiency,cost contr ol,company management,supply chain and the external environment and so on se veral aspects.However,the existing risk identification and control system of the company is not comprehensive and detailed enough in risk identification and risk level determin ation,resulting in some key operational risks cannot be effectively identifie d or risk level assessment is not objective,which affects the operation of Chassis Brakes.Through the application of DEMATEL analysis method,this study analyzed and sorted out the data of many risk factors in the operation process of Chassis Brakes,and classified the risk factors according to the priority of risk factors,providing a scientific basis for formulating risk prevention measures.Based on the judgment of the severi ty and controllable degree of the consequences of Chassis Brakes operation ris k factors,the internal control risk map is formulated,and ten risk control points in Chassis Brakes operation management risk are identified.Finally,combined with risk factor analysis and risk level management and control,put forward preventive measur es for each risk point.Chassis Brakes operation management risk indexes has been established on the basis of this study recognition framework,analyze the specific risk problems of enterprise operation management,assess the risks of its existence in the daily operation management,promote the declining cost of operational risk management,operations management to improve practical efficiency,and integrate all the resources inside the company,For the company "low cost,high efficiency" to explore a better development path.From the perspective of the whole auto parts manufacturing enterprise,the study of operational risk can help the industry enterprise to comprehensively ident ify the risks in the operation process,build its own risk management strategy and business continuity planning ability,and provide effective control process for the industry enterprise to improve its competitiveness.
