With the development of industrial technology, the automotiveindustry and related industries have become an important growth pointof national economic development. In recent years, the automobile partsmanufacturing industry survival environment is becoming worse sincethe localization of production and the globalization of procurement offoreign car brands, technological revolution and new technology ofhybrid turbocharging.Because of the extrusion of foreign brands, risinglabor costs and increasing of the consumer demand for personalized anddelivery requirements,domestic auto parts manufacturers have to focuson the limited resources to core business, such as product development,technological innovation; Meanwhile, the human resources, logistics,and other functions of non-core business are executed by the supplier bythe way of out-sourcing, which is the result of the market economyresources optimization configuration and the deepening of division oflabor. However, the risks exist anywhere, including making outsourcingdecisions, considering the inner and outer business environment,choosing outsourcing project and supplier, and the modification of thesupplier service. Therefore, identification of risk and risk aversion topromote manufacture enterprise human resources outsourcing forachieving expected results is necessary. In order to research the problem of human resources outsourcing inenterprise, this paper applies the Principal-agent theory, riskmanagement, the theory of human resource management, suppliermanagement and other theories. Based on the analysis of humanresources outsourcing status and the fuzzy integrated evaluation, theoutsourcing risk before and after and during the outsourcing process issystematically elaborated. On the basis of identification of humanresources outsourcing risk and also combining the auto partsmanufacturing enterprise management process and the concrete situationof A company which using analytic hierarchy process method toevaluate human resources outsourcing risks, and based on thecharacteristics of enterprise human resources rolling demand planning,supplier management system in terms of coping strategies to reduce therisk of human resources outsourcing. Finally, in the summary of Acompany of human resources outsourcing management mode, somefeasible methods to the similar enterprises to implement humanresources outsourcing were giving.
