Research On The Industrial Integration Development Of Wenxian National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way.Industrial prosperity is the basis for realizing rural revitalization,and building modern agricultural industrial parks to promote industrial integration is an important measure to realize industrial prosperity.The National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park of Wenxian County,with high-quality wheat seeds and four medicinal herbs as the leading industries of the primary industry,plays an important role in driving farmers’ income,expanding rural industries,and promoting the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.From the perspective of industrial park industry integration,this paper studied the integration status of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park of Wen County,and found the problems existing in the industrial integration.Then it analyzed the problems and combined with the actual situation of the national modern Agricultural Industrial Park of Wen County,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to local conditions.On the one hand,it can promote the development of industrial integration of Wenxian National modern Agricultural Industrial Park,on the other hand,it is also of great significance to realize the prosperity of rural industry and rural revitalization.Based on field research,combined with the evaluation index of modern agricultural industrial park and relevant theories of industrial integration,this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial integration of national modern agricultural industrial park in Wenxian,and finds that the industrial integration of the park has the following problems: industrial integration of the park lacks the support of senior production factors,such as the lack of integration talents,and the park is not attractive enough to industrial integration talents;The function of the government is limited and no perfect integration mechanism has been established,which is mainly manifested as imperfect financial support system and imperfect interest linkage mechanism.The construction of industrial chain is not perfect,which is mainly reflected in the lack of green and healthy food,the key industrial chain construction.The core competitiveness of the main body of industrial integration is insufficient,which is mainly manifested as the insufficient number of leading enterprises.After finding the problems of industrial integration,this paper uses Herfindahl index to calculate the degree of industrial integration from the perspective of the output value and investment of the park,and makes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of industrial integration of the national modern agricultural industrial park in Wenxian by using Porter’s diamond theory.According to the conclusion obtained from the analysis,and combined with the actual situation of the National modern agriculture Industrial Park in Wenxian,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to improve the advanced production factors required by the industrial integration of the park,such as strengthening the construction of talent team,introducing industry integration talents and training industry integration talents simultaneously;Give full play to the functions of the government to establish and improve the financial support system of industrial integration and improve the interest linkage mechanism;Improve the industrial chain,improve the brand awareness of green organic food,strengthen the industrial chain;Focus on improving the core competitiveness of the main body of integration,such as cultivating and growing leading enterprises,improve the overall driving ability.
