Study On The Construction Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park In Wenxian County Of Henan Province

As an important starting point to promote the economic and social development of agriculture and rural areas,modern agricultural industrial park can provide a strong guarantee for increasing the income of local farmers,accelerating the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and improving the competitiveness of local agricultural production.As the "capital of wheat","hometown of medicine","holy land of Tai Chi" and "hometown of kings",Wen County,Henan Province,with its inherent advantages,was approved to build a national modern agricultural industrial park in 2018 and was recognized as a national modern agricultural industrial park in 2020.By comprehensively using the research methods of investigation,literature research,empirical research and case study,this paper deeply explores the development status of Wenxian modern agricultural industrial park under the guidance of relevant policies in recent years,and comprehensively analyzes the construction of its innovation platform,the construction of professional talent team,the development of industrial integration function,the support of financial system,the exploration of the mode of taking agriculture and benefiting agriculture,the construction of new and old infrastructure The development concept of ecological priority and other factors play a positive role in promoting the development of modern agricultural industrial park;Through the comprehensive evaluation of the indicators of Wenxian modern agricultural industrial park in terms of technical equipment,green development and industrial integration,it is concluded that there are still some problems in the construction process of the industrial park,such as the lack of sustainable supply of high-quality labor force,the contradiction between supply and demand in the construction and operation funds of the industrial park,the imperfect construction of some functional areas of the park,low operation efficiency and the failure to give full play to the brand benefits,In view of the above problems,it is analyzed that the causes are the instability of agricultural population caused by the process of urbanization,the imperfect access and exit mechanism of social funds,the imperfect operation planning and operation system of Industrial Park and the insufficient integration of characteristic brands.On this basis,by learning from the development paths of many modern agricultural industrial parks inside and outside the province,this paper summarizes the development experience of agricultural industrial parks in these areas,combines with the actual situation of Wenxian modern agricultural industrial park,and relying on the development direction of the national 14 th five year plan,puts forward that the development of Wenxian modern agricultural industrial park should adhere to the joint efforts of "retaining people + educating people + attracting people",improve the sustainable capital support system Multiple subjects participate in the construction of modern agricultural industrial park,adhere to the diversified development of agricultural tourism resources in the industrial park and comprehensively help the development of agricultural brands,give full play to the exemplary role of Wenxian modern agricultural industrial park,summarize and promote the "Wenxian model" for the development of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park,explore the sustainable development direction of modern agricultural industrial park,and make contributions to further rural revitalization.
