Research On The Spatiotemporal Evolution And Development Countermeasures Of Agricultural Production In Henan Province

As a major grain-producing province in our country,Henan Province has made remarkable achievements in the development of agriculture under the influence of policies,science and technology,and transportation since the 21 st century.The supply capacity of various agricultural products has continued to improve.Under the influence of relation between supply and demand and resource endowment,the structure of agriculture has gradually changed in the process of development,showing the transformation of agricultural functions.Therefore,starting from the agricultural production structure of Henan Province,this paper analyzes the evolution of the production structure of grain,oil,vegetables,garden fruits,melons and fruits,and animal husbandry,identifies the structural shift,and uses the grey correlation method to analyze the effect of main products on agricultural economic growth.The contribution degree of agricultural economy in Henan Province is divided into three stages.During the study period,the production of grains,oilseeds and animal husbandry was gradually concentrated.The grains were mainly concentrated in wheat and corn,the oilseeds were concentrated in peanuts,and the animal husbandry was concentrated in pork and poultry.Vegetables,garden fruits and melons and fruits were gradually balanced,the supply of various products is guaranteed while the overall output was stable growing.In terms of contribution to the economy,the large-scale and centralized products in the grain,oilseeds and animal husbandry have a larger contribution to the economy.Vegetables,garden fruits and melons and fruits with ecological service and leisure tourism attributes have a greater contribution to economic growth.Therefore,agricultural development also shows the corresponding improvement of agricultural product supply function,economic development function,ecological service function,leisure and cultural function,and reduction of employment and social security functions.Combined with the overall development of agriculture,the agricultural stage is mainly divided into agricultural stagnation stage,agricultural accelerated growth stage and multifunctional stage.Based on the multifunctional tendency of agricultural production in Henan Province,this paper studies the agricultural multifunctional development at the county level in Henan Province from the transformation of agricultural multifunctionality(2003)to the end of the study period(2018).The agricultural multi-functionality of Henan Province has gradually increased.In the classification of grades,the phenomenon of transition from low-grade areas to high-grade areas is obvious,and spatially clustered to form five high-grade areas in eastern Henan,western Henan,southern Henan,northern Henan and central Henan.The various functions of agricultural production show different development trends in the difference of time and space: the agricultural product supply function is strong in the east and the west is weak;the economic development function is gradually rising in the south;the employment and social security functions are gradually differentiated;Leisure and cultural functions bloom more often..All functions of agricultural production have a tendency to migrate to the south,and the east-west direction shows divergence or close,forming an intricate relationship of promotion,repulsion,attraction and synergy.Based on the obtained results,the counties in Henan Province were divided into four categories in both periods,showing different characteristics.By 2018,they have developed into agricultural multi-functional advantageous areas,agricultural cultural heritage areas,agricultural ecological service areas,and agricultural multi-functional restricted areas.They gradually disperse in the spatial distribution pattern,and inlay with each other.Finally,according to the research of this paper,six corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the agricultural multi-functional development in Henan Province,in order to contribute to the high-quality agricultural development of Henan Province.The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:continue to promote the policy support of agricultural multi-functional,strengthen agricultural and rural infrastructure development,strengthen the innovation and promotion of agricultural technology,gradually promote the establishment of professional agricultural cooperatives,promote the development of agricultural multi-functional forms of agriculture,and coordinating inter-regional agricultural development strategy.
