Knowledge is an important resource for organizations,teams,and individuals at all levels.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge-intensive organization has received more and more attention,and team,as one of the important working methods,has become the main unit of innovation.How to make full use of knowledge resources and constantly innovate technology,methods,processes and products is the focus of enterprises.Although managers pay more and more attention to knowledge management,there is a lack of in-depth research on knowledge risk and other negative factors.This paper mainly consists of two parts.The first part extracts knowledge risk factors of innovation behavior based on previous literature research and classifies relevant factors.Combined with fuzzy cognitive map and intuitionistic fuzzy logic,the dynamic feedback system is constructed by intuitionistic fuzzy cognitive map,and the influence of different dimensions of knowledge risk factors on innovation behavior is quantified.In the second part,the conclusions based on intuition-based fuzzy cognitive graph are combined with previous literatures.According to the knowledge-based theory,absorptive capacity theory and resource preservation theory,including knowledge loss,knowledge hiding,knowledge hoarding,knowledge exclusion and knowledge distance are selected.The five knowledge risk variables are empirically analyzed to study the specific mechanism of knowledge risk influencing innovation behavior at the team level and to construct a research model with knowledge transfer and absorptive capacity as mediating variables.Three conclusions can be drawn from the results of this study:(1)Controlling knowledge risk factors has a strong promotion effect on promoting innovation behavior,while knowledge transfer and absorptive capacity have a certain inhibition effect on process-related knowledge risk.(2)Knowledge risk factors(knowledge loss,knowledge hiding,knowledge hoarding,knowledge exclusion and knowledge distance)negatively affect team innovation behavior.(3)Knowledge transfer and absorptive capacity play a significant mediating role between knowledge risk factors and team innovation behavior,and the chain mediation between knowledge transfer and absorptive capacity is also established.Based on this,this paper proposes three countermeasures for managers to enhance team innovation behavior:(1)Not only to promote positive knowledge behavior,but also to pay attention to the negative impact of knowledge behavior on innovation.(2)Attaching importance to team training and growth,and build a good platform for knowledge communication within and outside the team.(3)Promoting knowledge transfer and absorption by controlling employees’ knowledge performance and reduce the negative effects of knowledge negative behavior.
