| Based on the division of the two rights,there exists the most conflict among the owners and managers,which results in the continuous development of the principal-agent conflict.Moreover,with the development of economy and technology,talent competition has become a fundamental competition for strength between enterprises,especially in the technology industry.China’s listed companies use equity incentives to alleviate the problem of entrusted agency,and they recruit,manage and motivate talent with equity incentives,which stimulates their enthusiasm and creativity,so that talent capital creates maximum value and improves the business performance of enterprises.With the development of a new generation of digital technologies,enterprises are undergoing digital transformation to dynamically balance the rapid changes in the internal and external environment.Digital transformation is the only way for enterprises to develop sustainably,but the process of transformation is full of risks,which need to improve the ability of enterprises to integrate resources,the rational decision-making ability of management and the innovation atmosphere of enterprises.In the process of digital transformation,Yonyou Network has implemented several equity incentive plans,and its equity incentive plan design has undergone a continuous improvement process to match the strategy and ensure the success of digital transformation of enterprises.Therefore,this paper analyzes the equity incentive drivers of Yonyou Network in the process of digital transformation of enterprises,which studies the design of different equity incentive schemes in the process of digital transformation of Yonyou Network and the effect of equity incentive in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises by optimizing performance evaluation and improving innovation performance.It is hoped that this paper can provide useful suggestions for the relevant theoretical research and application.Firstly,the concept and connotation of enterprise strategic transformation and digital transformation are analyzed,and then equity incentives,enterprise digital transformation and the relationship between equity incentives and digital transformation are analyzed by this article.Secondly,based on the related theories of digital transformation,this paper studies the transformation needs of Yonyou Network,and based on the theories of human capital and effective contract,studies how equity incentive of Yonyou Network can help enterprises to transform digitally,and puts forward the mechanism that equity incentive can promote digital transformation of enterprises by optimizing performance appraisal and improving innovation performance.According to the above,the implementation motivation of equity incentive and the adjustment of scheme design during the process of Yonyou Network’s digital transformation are studied,so as to cooperate with digital transformation strategy and study the effect of promoting digital transformation at different levels of equity incentive optimization performance evaluation and innovation performance.At the end of this paper,Yonyou Network continuously adjusts the design of equity incentive plans to match the digital transformation strategy of enterprises and promote their digital transformation.It is also proposed that the technology enterprises should pay attention to the improvement of scientific research level,and cooperate with the design of equity incentive plans that match the goals of digital transformation,which maximize the due role of equity incentives,so that the performance and competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.It is suggested that enterprises should include independent business performance indicators in the assessment indicators to promote the success and long-term development of enterprise transformation.This paper points out that there are advantages that worth learning and deficiencies in the design of equity incentive schemes in the process of digital transformation of Yonyou Network,which can help more enterprises carrying out digital transformation to learn from the experience of equity incentive of Yonyou Network and avoid duplicate problems.It hopes that the research of this paper can contribute to the development of equity incentive in China,and that Chinese enterprises can promote the digital transformation and development of enterprises through the implementation of equity incentives. |
